Betrayal by her Father

Three months later

Everything was going smooth Luca and Revati didn’t mind working together. They were getting separate projects and combined projects. Both the companies were doing great in theirs fields. One day Revati got a call from Bruce. He was in trouble.

Bruce: “Hey need your help, will you come here and talk to the gang.”

Revati: “Now what problem have you created that I have to interfere. You know I don’t like to come there now why do they want me to come and solve your problem.”

Bruce: “Actually I am in their custody. They will only leave me when I settle their payment. Ahhh.....” She heard him screaming and somebody scolding him.

Unknown: “I am Eric, your brother has taken a large amount as loan from my boss. Now he says he can’t pay it back. Also he tried to betray us, so we had to punish him. He is with us and the soon you come the less he will suffer. I don’t know how long will he be able to endure the pain we give him. The late you arrive there is chances of seeing his lifeless body.” Revati felt like she was hit by a rod. Never once she thought that her step brother will be in danger. 

Revati: “See Eric I don’t know who your boss is. But if anything happens to Bruce then consider your boss dead because I will make sure he will not see another sunrise the day Bruce dies. Now tell me where should I come.” Eric was impressed by the way Revati threatened him. He gave her the location and told her to reach there next day 11a.m. Revati called Paul and told him she needs to go to Dallas urgently. He made his chopper ready and Revati reached Dallas. She went to her home and saw Lillian was crying and David was consoling her.

Revati: “Now tell me what trouble has Bruce got into himself.”

David: “Why do you care for him now. You go and enjoy your life. We know how to save our son.” Revati ignored David and went near Lillian.

Revati: “I know we both don’t like each other. But Bruce called me and told me to help him. The guys wanted to talk to me and that’s why I need to know about this gang.”

Lillian: “ He was working in a workshop as mechanic. He was an expert in altering vehicles. One day his friend Eric took him to alter the most wanted criminal Gabriel’s car. Gabriel was impressed by his work that he recruited Bruce in his team. Bruce lifestyle changed when he started to work for Gabriel. He was borrowing money and spending it for luxurious items. He even started to use and sell drugs. From what I know somebody stole drugs from Bruce and put the blame on him. Now they want him to pay the loss.” Revati searched for the details of Gabriel and found he was currently in Dallas. She called Eric.

Revati: “I am here at Dallas. Now call your boss and tell him I want to talk to him.”

Eric: “You can’t talk to him whenever you want. Tomorrow you come here then you can see for yourself and talk to him directly.”

Revati: “I am not interested to talk with intermediators. Call me when your boss is ready to speak with me.” She heard someone asking Eric something and then he gave the phone to the person.

Guy: “I’m Gabriel, the person who you were keen to talk. Now what do you want.”

Revati: “ Gabriel, I’m Revati, Bruce’s step sister. I want you to leave my brother alone and for that I am ready to pay you the full amount he owes you. Tell me the amount and I will transfer it to your account, once I am convinced my brother is safe and will not be harassed ever.” Gabriel was amused to hear a girl talking to him fearless and commanding him. He wanted to know whether she would be the same when they meet face to face.

Gabriel: “You will know the amount and terms once you come and meet me tomorrow 11 a.m. at the abandoned junkyard. Arrive there on time because if you come a second late then I will not hear your demands.” He end the call and gave it to Eric

Gabriel: “Bring Bruce here. I want to know about his step sister.” Bruce told him everything he knew about Revati. Gabriel saw the photo of Revati and his inner beast was planning something bad. He called his men and told him to prepare a contract. Revati was slight aware that Gabriel is not a man of his words. She took her gun with her and drove to the old junkyard. She saw Bruce was tied to a pole. Few people were standing near him and few people were sitting near a table and doing something. She saw a tall guy with thick beard wearing a black suit sitting on a couch in the centre. She knew that was Gabriel. He was handsome and his eyes were scanning Revati and her car. It was Bugatti Chiron. Gabriel saw that Revati wasn’t afraid to come there that too alone. He signalled her to sit opposite to him. When she sat he was scanning her from top to bottom. She saw this and was feeling to smack him on his face. 

Revati: “I want to know your demands to release Bruce from your gang.” Gabriel saw the confidence and courage in Revati’s voice. He had planned to trap her

Gabriel: “I was planning to ask you money in return of his freedom, but now seeing you and your car I have changed my plan. Let’s have a car race. I will let Bruce free even if I win or lose. If I win the race, you will be staying with me forever and Bruce will be working for me. If I lose you can take Bruce from here and I will never contact him ever.” Revati knew it was a trap but she had no choice. She agreed to race with him. She saw Gabriel’s car was Maserati GranTurismo. She knew her car has upper hand and will win the race easily but knowing Gabriel she knew it wouldn’t be an easy race for her. They went to the track and stood in position to race. Gabriel gave her an evil wink and flying kiss. She ignored him and focused on winning the race. The whistle blew and Revati’s car raced ahead of Gabriel. Gabriel knew his car would gain speed later. Within minutes he reached near Revati and tried to overtake her. Revati was a professional car racer so she blocked Gabriel without getting hit by his car. Gabriel saw Revati was blocking and driving the car like an expert. He tried hard to overtake and win the race. He even tried to crash her car, but she drifted the car without even getting it scratched.

Gabriel was getting frustrated for not gaining victory. He called his team in radio and instructed them something. The finishing point was nearing and Gabriel was behind Revati with only inches away. He pushed the nitrous button and raced his car ahead of Revati’s. What he saw next made his eyes pop out of his skull. Revati swirled her car and dragged horizontally in front of his car blocking his way. When she was near the finishing point she turned her car crossing the finishing point with a photo finish. Everybody who was watching couldn’t believe in what they saw. But Revati’s victory was short lived when she saw a bunch of cars in front of her blocking her way out. She knew it was Gabriel’s plan and slowly stopped her car and waited for Gabriel. He was fuming in anger that he rushed towards her and tried to grab her out of the car. She suddenly started the engine and drove towards the opposite direction. Gabriel was blown away and fell on the road. His men took him in his car and drove behind Revati. He called his men and told them to block Revati. She was an expert driver and she drove past every obstacles. 

Finally Gabriel pinned her down. He hurt his arm when she hit him. She got down from her car and pointed her gun. Gabriel laughed like a maniac seeing her little stunt to defend her. He waved to his men who took their weapons and pointed towards her. Revati was feeling nervous seeing this. But she decided to put a fight before surrendering to Gabriel. 

Gabriel: “I like wild cats and the best part is I am the trainer who tames those wildcats. You don’t get it right, your own people trade you to me for their freedom. All this was just a show off.” Gabriel’s words struck her like a Lightning. She didn’t know what to do or say and stood there like a statue. It was only when Gabriel came near her and tried to take the gun she woke up from her dream world. She hit him hard on his face and kicked his private part. Gabriel didn’t expect such an attack from her and fell down with pain. She tried to get into the car when Gabriel grabbed her leg and pulled her down. She fell down hitting her head on the door. Even in that position she gave Gabriel few kicks which hurt him in his arm and face. Gabriel’s men came and bound her in their grip. She was struggling to escape from their hold. Gabriel was trying to regain his posture. But the pain Revati gave was too much that he told his men to take her to his home. Revati knew her time to escape is only before reaching Gabriel’s home, because once she is inside his den then he will make sure she will not leave there alive.

Gabriel was watching Revati like a lion watching its prey. He wanted to take her to his room and punish her for hurting him and his ego so badly. She saw the gate of Gabriel’s mansion opening. She tried one last time to escape from the car but got a tight slap from Gabriel. Blood was oozing from her mouth because she cut her inner cheek with her teeth. When they reached, Gabriel’s men dragged her to his room and locked her inside. She was scared and blamed her fate to trust the people who never treated her as part of their family. She was even thinking that she was safe when she looked like a boy now she is feeling uncomfortable because of her looks and body she is this dangerous situation. Revati thought to put a fight before surrendering herself to the devil. Gabriel was having first aid for his bruises and ice pack to ease the pain. He know he wouldn’t be able to do anything today, but decided to teach Revati a lesson. 

When Gabriel entered his room he saw Revati was not there. He was about to search for her when he heard a sound in the bathroom. He was waiting for her. Revati also heard the door opening she knew it must be Gabriel. Her heart was pounding inside her chest. With all courage she open the door of the bathroom. Gabriel saw his hand printed on her cheek and she saw bandages on his bruises. Seeing her fearless attitude Gabriel was feeling needy and slowly he went near her. Revati knew what his intentions was, so she walked away like he doesn’t exist. Gabriel was taken aback by the way she ignored him and trying to slip from him.

Gabriel: “How long will you resist me. You know till you called me yesterday I was planning to kill Bruce for your father’s sin. Do you have any idea what is the deal between me and David.” She didn’t know anything about her father and his family. “He was a gambler in my casino. He used to win games occasionally at the beginning. But one day he won all the game he played. We thought it was his lucky day. But next day also he won and it continued for a week. I started to have my doubts so when I checked the footage of his game I noticed he was cheating. We were waiting for him to play next day but he never came there. That’s when Bruce came, he came to alter my car and I liked his work and hired him. I didn’t know he was David’s son until he also betrayed me by stealing my consignment and selling it. When I investigated about him I knew he was David’s son. I took Bruce to teach both the father and son a lesson. But when I heard your voice and the confidence in it I changed my plan and called David. When I told him I will forgive him and Bruce if they gave you to me, he was so happy that he agreed instantly. Now your mine and I have all rights on you.” Revati was shocked to hear Gabriel that she didn’t notice he was just inches away from her.

When he touched her, her inside reflex automatically woke up and she grabbed his wrist and punched on his stomach with her elbow and threw him down. He was startled by this sudden action but regained his senses and was ready to take her down at any cost. He kicked on her leg making her fall on the floor and he grabbed her arm and pinned her under his muscular body. She couldn’t free herself and was wriggling under him. He was enjoying her helplessness which was short lived when he again felt pain in his private part. But this time he wasn’t ready to leave her and he punched her so hard that she was about lose her consciousness when she heard the door crash open. Gabriel left her and when she turned around to see who was her saviour her eyes popped out in disbelief seeing the person standing on the door. How did he know she was here.
