Mae stayed in her room for awhile until she got bored and decided to go for a swim. She went into her closet and found her hot pink bikini. She didn't care if the Alpha's stared at her they were staring at her no matter what she wore. She grabbed a towel from her bathroom and made her way downstairs.
" Well Well Well, look who finally decided to show her face" Katherine spoke at the bottom of the stairs.
Mae didn't say anything and just tried to walk past her to get to the back yard.
" OH so your tongue only works when it's in my boyfriends mouth?" she asked her.
Mae just rolled her eyes and kept walking when Katherine dug into her arm hard pulling her back.
" How about you go put some clothes on? You've caused enough trouble for one day don't you think?" Katherine asked as she dug her nails into her arm.
" It's a bathing suit Katherine, and I didn't start this and you know it. The fact you're blaming me for something that isn't my fault is insane" Mae told her.
Katherine smirked at her " But it is your fault".
" How I didn't invite him into my room?" Mae asked her.
" You're always rilling him up why can't you just keep your mouth shut?" Katherine asked her.
" Deal" was all Mae said as she tried to pull her arm away but she had a firm grip.
" You really need to be put into your place" Katherine told her as she shoved Mae to the ground.
Mae just stared up at her as Katherine quickly punched her hard in the nose. Katherine put all her weight down onto Mae as she continued to hit her. Mae held up her arms trying to block the punches but there was only so much she could do. Katherine was strong much stronger then she was. Katherine picked her up by her arms and shoved her into the wall.
Mae's head hit the wall hard and she grunted in response.
" Awe you poor fragile omega did that hurt?" Katherine taunted her as she put her hands on her throat applying pressure.
" Know your place useless b***h" she told Mae as she put more pressure.
Mae was clawing at her hand trying to remove it so she could breath. Mae could feel herself loosing it she wasn't sure how much longer she could hold on. That's when she smelled it Two of the three Alpha's. Katherine was pulled off of her and slammed into the wall beside her. Mae collapsed to the ground as she was gasping for breath.
She felt a hand on her back rubbing her back " You're ok just breath slowly" came the voice of Kai.
" You alright Mae?" Ace asked not looking away from Katherine.
Mae just coughed not being able to respond.
" What makes you think you can put your hands on her?" Ace asked her with a growl.
" She needs to learn her place Ace" she told him as she was crying.
" No you need to learn yours. You don't have any right to attack anyone under any circumstances " he told her.
" I love you and she's getting in between us and I won't just sit by and accept it" she told him.
Ace rolled his eyes " Touch her again and you'll regret it. You useless warriors take her to the dungeon for now, I'll deal with her later" he told them.
" No no Ace please" she begged as two warriors grabbed onto Katherine and took her away.
Ace gently lifted Mae's chin " I'm sorry I don't know what got into her" he told her.
Mae just nodded as a few tears left her eyes " Let's get you back to bed so you can rest" he said gently picking her up as Kai followed behind him.
" No I wanted to go swimming " she told him not liking the feeling she had in his arms, it felt too safe.
" You need to rest. She's warrior trained she's strong" Kai told her as they got into her bedroom.
Kai went into her bathroom and got a wet washcloth to take down her swelling on her eye. Ace put her on her bed and went to leave the room.
" Ace?" she asked him as he turned around.
" Thank you" she responded quietly.
He gave her a small smile and a nod and left the room. He was beyond livid she just knew Katherine was in deep s**t with him. Once he left the room she started to cry.
" Hey hey you're OK" Kai said as he sat down beside her pulling her into a hug.
" I didn't ask for this" she told him as she snuggled into him.
" No I know. Ace brings alot of drama unfortunately " he told her.
" I don't get it. If you guys don't want anything to do with me why are you both being so nice to me?" she asked him.
" You're a person end of story" was all Kai replied.
Kai looked at her and wiped her tears away " Plus you're beautiful " he told her.
She rolled her eyes " Why do you guys keep doing this to me?" she asked him.
" Doing what?" he asked her.
" Acting like there's a chance of something happening" she told him.
" Being given a compliment doesn't mean I'm trying to get into your pants Mae" he told her with a small chuckle.
" Then what's the point?" she asked him.
" Because you deserve it. Nothing more nothing less" he told her as he went to leave her side.
She quickly grabbed onto his hand " Please stay" she begged him.
He nodded and cuddled back into her as she just continued to cry and he rubbed her back.
