Emeka's journey as a footballer

football has always been a part of emeka's life in some way, shape, or form. When he was first given birth to, his grandfather said he was solid and well built to play football. emeka's first organized football experience was when he was five years of age. Emeka and his entire family had just moved to Lagos from Kwara state where they were previously residing, it was around the raining season and the various tiers of football leagues were about rounding off in Nigeria so his father organized a little football competition for little children within the age of 5-7 years, the competition had the full support of the local council chairman from where they were residing and it also attracted the attention of the Lagos State football association chairman. Emeka was only five years as at that time but he had the brains, technical abilities and tactical know how of a 15 year boy and his football skills at that tender age was second to none and this attracted the attention of different football scouts that were on ground to discover young talented footballers. the football competition also afforded the scouts the opportunity to discover other talented footballers but none of the talents displayed during the course of the scouting program could be compared to emeka and he was already regarded as a genius but he needed the right environment and the right kind of people around him to thrive.
