BRAX "Hey. You gotta get up." A distant voice breaks through the comfortable haze, caressing my mind. It's cold, like the blood in my veins has turned to ice. It takes too much energy to move, as if a weighted blanket is pinning me down. I just want to stay here and sleep for the rest of eternity; slip into the dark void and float through the abyss of nothingness. “Brax,” the voice speaks again, trying to pull me out of my slumber.
