Lynn's POV: My heart pounds in my chest as I stare at the grotesque creature before us, its twisted form looming over Solomon. The air feels thick, almost suffocating, as if the very atmosphere is recoiling from the abomination's presence. "You," the creature hisses, its voice like nails on a chalkboard. "Are riding the heart of the wolf." I can't breathe. Can't move. Can't think. Solomon, my gentle giant, with Alan on his back, now stands alone against this monstrosity.
