After her discussion with Jesse the night before, Nicole finally got the first decent night’s sleep she’d had in a while. It was a good thing, considering everything she had to deal with this morning. Tomorrow night was the hoedown that was supposed to be the highlight of the week. There was a ton to coordinate, what with helping Velinda with the food planning and ensuring the lighting on the pavilion was all operational, and that everything the band requested in terms of a sound system was available. It seemed like there was no end to the little details. Everyone on the ranch was busier than usual as well.
