PART 1

At first, there were a few problems with living together with Alucia. With the first month finished a couple of days ago, the spy and the hero were now living inside one room peacefully.

Back then, there would be often fights of who will get the bed and who will be bathing first but as the days passed those things were being easily taken care of finely.

After obtaining the cooperation of a few people in the castle, Kyoushiro obtained necessary things like an Alchemy Lab set and Enchanting lab set inside his room.

After learning Alchemy and Enchanting from the court mage that handles the sorcery lessons of the heroes, Kyoushiro became interested in it and started making his own items and potions despite not having the Job class of an Alchemist or an Enchanter.

Of course, learning skills that pertain only that job class was hard and neither did Kyoushiro want to acquire those skills. After all, his class was a Master Converter a class that involves the conversions of things.

Upon the months that passed, Kyoushiro learned that his skill can be used in various ways. First, he could convert matter into its three states; which was solid, liquid and gas.

In the time that the second princess had them venture into small dungeons around the vicinity of the city, Kyoushiro made this discovery when fought monsters.

Not only that, he could turn his soft flesh as hard as steel thanks to his new skill Density Conversion> a skill that converts scarcely dense molecules into denser ones to create a hard and solid state of hardness.

Because of this, Kyoushiro can now increase his defense even while fighting with the sword.

Next, Kyoushiro acquired the skill Kinetic Conversion> which was a skill that converts certain amount of kinetic energy a moving object has into potential energy, which was the energy of an unmoving object.

Using this, Kyoushiro could stop most attacks with his skill. Just that he won’t be able to move while he uses the skill Kinetic Conversion> since he is within the range of the skill’s effect.

It is a skill that needs more time to be perfected.

Finally, after leveling up to a certain extent, Kyoushiro has acquired the skill Movement Conversion> a skill that converts Kyoushiro’s movements to a certain degree. It could increase his speed by 2 but to what his magic power could hold out.

He can speed up of course, but every increase takes a considerable amount of magic power, which was the demerit of the skill. Kyoushiro only use this skill when the opponent was too strong for him to fight.

And so, with the first month and a half finished, Kyoushiro was no steady leveling up on his own but, in this fine day Kyoushiro was staying indoors, doing research in his alchemy and enchanting lab sets.

Behind him was the usual rabbit that was the spy that infiltrated Aravel Kingdom’s walls and couldn’t get out ever since.

After the discovery of the 1 meter hole on the wall made by Alucia in the small forest in the training ground, the soldiers quickly sealed the hole and placed a large barrier around the castle, imprisoning those were not among the people the king knows.

Of course, other workers such as maids and chefs were excluded since they work in the castle. There was no way that the king would have them unable to leave the castle when they were just his workers.

Then, because of the said barrier, Alucia was living inside Kyoushiro’s room. With all the things that happened between them, the wary rabbit mellowed down and the two had a sort of amicable relationship.

That said it wasn’t that of a romantic relationship.

“Hey Kyoushiro, are you still working on that Shapeshifting ring?” {Alucia}

With her hands around Kyoushiro’s neck as she placed her head over his right shoulder, Alucia asked uninterestedly.

This was the usual skin ship between the two. After learning that those who stays inside the same room with a man they love for a week they would become a married couple, Alucia’s distinction of Kyoushiro was now her husband. Following the customs of the rabbitmen race, that was how they were now.

And even though they were in the human country, the traditions of the rabbitmen were absolute so Alucia was practicing her tradition.

That was why, acting so sweetly like a wife, Alucia embraced Kyoushiro from behind while he was sitting on a chair; working on a ring that would help Alucia go back to where she came from.

Actually, Kyoushiro has yet to agree with Alucia’s tradition. Being her husband after 1 week of being together was just absurd, even scammers would need years for that to happen. Kyoushiro was sure that Alucia was just currying his favor. As such, he has yet to give in to Alucia’s temptations.

A young man in his pubescent period enduring his urges? It was natural for him to go insane by now.

“Yeah, you would need this when you leave right? It will help you go back to the Black Continent” {Kyoushiro}

But Kyoushiro kept his cool and answered Alucia’s inquiry.

“Ah right, I forgot about that” {Alucia}

Realizing that she forgot her purpose, Alucia cuddled Kyoushiro with her embrace. Her fluffy bunny ears swayed up and down simultaneously, expressing her embarrassment.

Please don’t forget something like that… On the other hand, Kyoushiro sighed as his tiredness level was reaching its limit.

The gestures mean well but being married was just too much for him. Kyoushiro was now on the verge of breaking. Anymore cute and lovable actions from Alucia and he will surely give in by now.

But hopefully that won’t happen…

“So? When will you finish it? I want to go around town and have a nice stroll around with my husband~” {Alucia}

Gyuu~ Alucia’s embrace became even tighter as she said those words.

“Probably tonight, I’ve written my own magic inscription on it so it will work….Probably” {Kyoushiro}

To Alucia’s sweet remarks Kyoushiro answered her question with an disinterested tone. Different from before, the black kunoichi clothes she wore was now gone and now Alucia was wearing normal clothes that any villager would wear.

Long grey dress and brown sweater, complete with a set of underwear that Kyoushiro painstakingly got just for her, the old spy was now an ordinary housewife that you could find anywhere in the world.

Just that, she was no wife since Kyoushiro hasn’t been married to her yet.

What Kyoushiro was talking about was his own magic inscriptions would give better effects than the ones he had read in textbooks given to him by the court mage. Thanks to that, he was able to endow it with his own skills gave far better effects.

The only problem was that magic needed to hide the ears and tails of Alucia was complex so Kyoushiro a new magic inscription and theorized that it will work properly.

The reason while he said it will work by tonight was that it was the only time where he could test the ring with Alucia going out.

Doing it on day time where many eyes were around, Kyoushiro was no philander so he plans to make Alucia where the ring by tonight.

Hopefully by tonight she will be long gone.

“Eeh~!! I want to wear it now!!” {Alucia}

“Hey!! Don’t yell!! If someone hears a woman’s voice inside a man’s room, who knows what will happen!!” {Kyoushiro}

Probably because she had grown accustomed to Kyoushiro, Alucia was acting childish, which then gave Kyoushiro a fright because she was a woman inside his room and the maids outside are nosy.

Having given up, Kyoushiro just gave the ring then and there, wishing that Alucia would just leave already in his mind.

“Ehehe~ A wedding ring from Kyoushiro~” {Alucia}

Having placed the ring on her left hand ring finger, Alucia giggled cutely while showing a sincere smile on her face. She looked like a real wife a minute there – is what Kyoushiro thought when he looked at here.

Then, as the ring was worn, the effects immediately came and hid Alucia’s ears and tail like a fading mist, leaving behind her silk like white hair and crimson red eyes. Now she looked like a beautiful white haired and red eyed girl. With that ring on her finger, she looked like a genuine housewife.

“Yay!! It worked!!” {Alucia}

Glad, Alucia jumped on Kyoushiro, making both of them fall on the floor with a loud thud.

“Hey!! That was dangerous you know?!” {Kyoushiro}

Hearing the angered yell of Kyoushiro, Alucia giggled.

“Hehe~ I’m happy Kyoushiro, to think that we’ll be having our first date today” {Alucia]

“Huh? What are you….?” {Kyoushiro}

That was then; Kyoushiro realized that Alucia has yet to leave the room. Leaving aside the time when she had to do her business, there was hardly any time for her to leave. There was also those times when the patrol guards would come and inspect Kyoushiro’s room; there was really no time for Alucia to leave.

However, now was different. With the help of Kyoushiro’s Shapeshift ring Alucia can now leave the castle without being discovered as a spy for the Demon king.

The only thing remaining was that to escort her outside so that she won’t be a suspicious individual found in the castle.

Kyoushiro was planning to do that but Alucia suddenly changed after the first week.

Because of the traditions of the Rabbitmen in the Black Continent Kyoushiro became Alucia’s husband after staying together in the same room for one week. It was supposed to be a house but considering that Kyoushiro himself was independent, Alucia see him as an individual his own separate living space. As such, Alucia was now Kyoushiro’s wife for better or for worse because of that tradition.

Of course, Kyoushiro researched this tradition himself in the royal library the Aravel kingdom has. In there, Kyoushiro found a book pertaining demi-human traditions and found that the Rabbitmen tradition was true.

Knowing that now, Kyoushiro surrendered and just let Alucia act as she wants.

After all, there was the fact that she was using that to fool Kyoushiro into believing that Alucia was now his fateful wife, Kyoushiro had no proof of that but that suspicion is what making him feel cautious towards Alucia.

There were many possibilities as well but considering the facts that Kyoushiro has on currently, that last one was the strongest one.

Then, as his mind returned back to reality, his eyes saw Alucia laying on top of Kyoushiro’s chest while smiling happily…

“Haah…. Alucia come on get up now” {Kyoushiro}

Feeling the dangerous lumps on his body, he got Alucia to stand up and leave his body. Luckily, she didn’t try to pounce on him this time.

“Well… Since you did your best to behave while staying here, I guess a reward should be given…?” {Kyoushiro}

What Kyoushiro was talking about was the time when they first met. Kyoushiro laid out some ground rules so that Alucia won’t get wild and do something that would expose themselves to the people in the castle.

At that time, Alucia was still the strong hearted spy. The difference of Alucia of the first week and the Alucia now was extremely different. Therefore, giving her at least some leeway that she could enjoy herself was something that Kyoushiro could do just for her.

Fake or not, Alucia was still the wife of Kyoushiro thanks to some old rabbit tradition.

“Really…?!” {Alucia}

Happy with Kyoushiro’s words, Alucia hopped in joy as she was now allowed to leave the small box she has been staying for a month and a half.

Her fluffy ears perked up strongly, showing her intense emotion from being happy.

“Yeah, so for now we’ll do some shopping. We’ll buy clothes for you then decide what will happen from now on” {Kyoushiro}

“From now on, I’ll be Mrs. Alucia Kagami!!” {Alucia}

That part was extremely dangerous that Kyoushiro himself felt cold chills done his spine.

Leaving that aside….

“R-Right…. Well, since we do now have the opportunity, let’s eat outside. I do have the funds after all” {Kyoushiro}

With that decided, Kyoushiro and Alucia both left the room together.

After passing through the gates and not alerting the guards, Kyoushiro and Alucia were able to leave peacefully from the castle.

Because Alucia’s appearance in the castle was not announced, Kyoushiro made a story so that guards will be able to accept. Saying that he snuck Alucia in because of their relationship was something that the guards did not expect but after some light reprimanding, Kyoushiro and Alucia was able to pass through the gates safely.

However, Kyoushiro would need to talk to the king about him hiding a woman in his quarters. It will be a long lecture but surely it won’t be a big of a deal later right?

Was what Kyoushiro convinced himself as he held the heavy feeling of anxiety in his heart?

Luckily, the other heroes were out and not in the castle so the chances for Kyoushiro and Alucia to be discovered by them were low.

“Hey, where do you want to go first?” {Kyoushiro}

“Hmm…. Anywhere is fine as long as you’re with me” {Alucia}

As Kyoushiro asked Alucia where she wanted to go first, the bunny girl turned around with a twirl and a cute sincere smile as she answered Kyoushiro’s inquiry.

That answer though, was something Kyoushiro did not expect so his face became red as soon as he realized the meaning behind it.

And so, so that he won’t be caught smiling by Alucia, Kyoushiro cleared his throat with a cough then looked elsewhere to find a good place to have breakfast in. After all its morning right now.

The town just outside the castle was large. With a population of over 1 million, most of the surroundings were packed. Dividing the whole city into three sections, there are three districts built for the segregation of the populace.

First the Lower district; in this part of the city, most of the commoners lived here. Just by going in south to west, you will find the slums were the majority of commoners lived. There central market place can also be found in the Lower district along with the Adventurers Guild, the Merchant Guild and the Craftsman Guild.

On the Upper district, here live all the nobles in the city. Earls, Dukes, Marquises, Viscounts, Barons, and lower rank nobles such as Branch houses, Knights family; because of this, there were no commoners allowed to live in the middle district expect those who has the money to buy a house there.

Lastly, the castle district; this place is where the castle is placed. Because of the vastness of the castle, it needed a large plot of land as a foundation to be built.

This part is also where most knights and soldiers patrol since it is where the royal family live.

Kyoushiro and Alucia went down to the Lower district. It is where most shops are built since commoners are larger in numbers than those aristocrats.

Water market, Crafter district, Magic Shop Street, the cathedral and other shops were located in the Lower district. Kyoushiro brought Alucia here because it has the cheapest shops and items that he could buy for her.

Kyoushiro only has 10 gold coins with him; it was not enough for him to buy Alucia more suitable clothes so he had to be strict with his money.

Then, as they arrived at the central plaza, Alucia’s shined in awe at the beauty of the surroundings.

Tiled floors, a fountain at the center and few stalls around, it were the perfect definition for a plaza. The pigeons were flocking at one spot flew off as Alucia run towards them like a child with a smile filled face, making look more radiant than ever before.

Even those who stare at her had faces of being love struck thanks merely to her beauty. Kyoushiro too was not spared from her lovely smile.

“Hey, try not to disturb the others alright?” {Kyoushiro}

“Fufu~ don’t worry, I won’t” {Alucia}

As Kyoushiro went towards the happy bunny, he received a sweet smile from her. Then as the two were enveloped by their own world, the people who saw Kyoushiro with a woman had their jaw dropped.

“Oi… That’s Kyoushiro right?”

His head was red with tinges of orange, he had eyes of brown with a face that can be branded as ‘Handsome’ by those that see it; Reigi had his eyes wide as he saw Kyoushiro at a distant with an extremely beautiful woman while smiling at each other.

“Y-Yeah…. Wait, who is that? I haven’t seen her before...”

Next to him was his best friend, Ryuuji Onodera. Unlike the slight lean body of Reigi, Ryuuji was muscular. He had bulky muscles despite being a first year and large frame. Although not as much as Reigi, Ryuuji too was good looking, just that women prefer docile men than musclebound idiots who think only of their own.

Seeing Kyoushiro at the same direction, Ryuuji felt curious about the relationship of the two.

“Right, that’s Kyoushiro, even my Far Sight> skill can see that it’s Kyoushiro” {Reigi}

With his eye sight zoomed in, Reigi saw Kyoushiro having a fun conversation with the white haired girl, so he was sure that it was Kyoushiro that they were seeing.

“Hey!! Reigi!! Ryuuji!!”

Then, just like the two, more heroes came together, as the scene of Kyoushiro being together with another woman became an issue.

The one that called Reigi and Ryuuji was Ren Shikimi.

Behind him were, Akatsuki Toru, Takamine Suguo, Kei Shiraishi and Kondo Onoda.

“We saw Kagami with a woman just now, is she his girlfriend?” {Ren}

Near the fountain where Kyoushiro and white haired girl was previously standing, their figures there have disappeared. It seems that they already left and was seen by Ren’s group while they were moving.

“We don’t know but, wouldn’t it be fine to just leave them be? It’s their life after all” {Reigi}

“What’re you talking about?! If Kaguya-san saw that, she’ll freak out!!” {Ren}

Because Reigi has no prejudice in judging other peoples’ relationship, he wanted to just leave the two be and asked Kyoushiro about it later. He does not care whether Kyoushiro was in a relationship or not.

However, Ren’s words made Reigi worried. Due it concerning Kaguya as well, he felt that Ren’s words were worth hearing. Despite how Reigi looks, he has strong feelings of affection towards Kaguya.

Reigi’s calm expression became clouded as he inquired further into details regarding what Ren just said.

“W-What do you do mean by that?” {Reigi}

“Don’t you know? Kaguya-san likes Kagami. It’s been like since the first day of classes” {Ren}

“What?! Is this true!?” {Reigi}

“I’m not lying; I heard this from the person herself when I accidentally eavesdropped when they were having tea with Eluviana-sama” {Ren}

Truth be told, Reigi once confessed his feelings to Kaguya but unfortunately, Kaguya did not gave him a good answer. Because of this, Reigi held in his feelings and never spoke of it nor thought about it again. Because of that one failed confession, his heart was broken rather thoroughly.

Now, after hearing Kaguya has feelings of Kyoushiro, his heart reassembled and dyed black.

The person he likes loves a man that has another woman. With this, it was enough to instill darkness in his heart and made rage the fuel for it to beat.

He made Ren spill all that he knew about Kaguya’s unrequited love towards Kyoushiro.

About two weeks ago, there was a tea party held in the name of Eluviana. At that time, the topic just turned towards the girls’ person of interest. It seems that out of all the girls there, Kaguya ended up being the one to talk first.

That was then Ren passed by them when he was going back to his room.

“Kaguya-sama, is there someone you like? I mean, a person that you love” {Eluviana}

At that time, Ren hid under the bushes, sneaking as he became interested in the girls’ topic.

“Eh?! Ah…Uh...well...” {Kaguya}

“Come to think of it, Kaguya-chan likes Kagami-kun?” {Minami}

Kaguya’s face burst into a red blush the instant Kyoushiro’s name was mentioned. Ren went in closer to hear more of the conversation that was currently happening.

“M-Minami-chan!!” {Kaguya}

“Eh? What’s the harm? Kagami-kun is way better than the others. What’s more, the two you met in the past right? He did save your life before right?” {Minami}

What!? Something like that happened? – Ren’s face was dyed in shock as he heard about Kyoushiro saving Kaguya in the past. Trying to recall any incidents in the past, Ren checked the records in his memories.

“Uuuu… That is…” {Kaguya}

“Eh?! Is that true?!” {Eluviana}

“Yes… That is also the reason why he hides his right eye…” {Kaguya}

The story goes back at the middle of the first semester. It was the day when Kaguya walked all alone when the school already ended. Although there was still light, it was still dangerous to walk alone near the park.

That’s right, near the park where a single cubicle can be seen near some trees. There were no light posts so it was dark under the shadows of the trees.

That was when Kaguya was dragged by some people who looked like hooligans in the slums in the city.

Her mouth was covered and she was dragged in the forest nearby. The location was unknown but the light of the sunset can still be seen since the trees weren’t that tall.

But that wasn’t important.

Kaguya saw the lecherous smiles of her kidnappers. Smiles full of lust and eyes filled with desires. It was obvious what they were planning on doing by just looking at their expressions.

Her heart trembled as her legs were touched, her clothes unbuttoned and skirt pulled down. Kaguya’s tears trickled down as she forced herself to scream as loud as she could, hoping that someone would come and save her.

But she was punched on the stomach, making her breathe out the air in her lungs.

Even though she struggled to get out of the grip of the men surrounding her, Kaguya was still powerless in front of 5 grown men. All her strength was expended, as such; she could not even fight back against them.

Her body was bare to them, only her pink laced underwear remained. Her skin felt the slippery sensation of a tongue licking her thighs up between her legs. Even her large breasts were being fondled violently with the rough hands of her kidnappers.

Kaguya begged them to stop as she cried.

Trying, asking them to stop as much as she could but nothing happened. Instead, her underwear was pulled down. Her bare womanhood was now laid bare right before the eyes of the disgusting expression of those men.

She screamed but her mouth was blocked with a cloth.

But right before that, a shadow flashed over her eyes.

Guaah!! One of the men screamed as he got his face kicked by an unknown person. The others saw the hero that came to Kaguya’s rescue there.

He wore a stray jacket, simple pants and sneakers. He had a jet black hair that never shines in the light and two black gems as his eyes glimmered in hostility.

He was alone but he was strong enough to put a large man to sleep with one kick, the kidnappers and Kaguya were all surprised. After all, no one expected a rescue to come inside the dark side of the park.

That was then he spoke, the familiar voice of a classmate reverberated in Kaguya’s ears as she struggled in desperation to get out of the men’s grip.

“You disgusting perverts, get out before I tore all your insides” {Kyoushiro}

That was what Kyoushiro said as he charged towards the 4 grown men.

He kicked one on the chest, making one of kidnappers stop breathing for 3 seconds. Another charged with a knife in his hands but Kyoushiro dodged the attack by doing a side step, then doing a counter by grabbing the wrist then twisting it forcefully then landing a kick on the solar plexus of the man.

Two fell instantly in front of Kaguya’s eyes.

There were still two more kidnappers left.

This time, they surrounded Kyoushiro. Furthermore, they were holding knives in their hands while pointing it to Kyoushiro’s direction.

One charged with a thrust but Kyoushiro twist his body and dodged the knife safely. Then, making his right leg as his axis, Kyoushiro made a complete turn and landed a hard chop on the back of the man’s neck; knocking him unconscious in the process.

But, Kyoushiro did not notice the last one attacking.

In vertical stroke, dragging the knife downwards, Kyoushiro had his right eye slashed in an instant. However, he did not let the knife to take his right eye’s sight.

Kyoushiro stepped back the moment he felt the tip of the knife went near his eyelids. Luck saved Kyoushiro by dropping on the ground violently.

However, danger was still around. The last man stood in front of Kyoushiro, wielding the knife in a reverse grip action, and then pushing it downwards with a forced action.

Without wasting a second, Kyoushiro brought both of his legs up to his chest then kicked the man away from him. The knife fell when the man got hit with Kyoushiro’s feet.

Then, as the last man fell, Kyoushiro stood up with half of his face bloodied. He then took off his jacket then covered Kaguya’s body with it.

“At that time, I felt that it was destiny that brought us together. I felt sorry for the injury he got but after the incident I never had a chance to thank him for saving me. Fortunately, he did not hate me for that” {Kaguya}

As Kaguya’s reminiscing ended, her cheeks were bright red with her lips forming a happy crescent. The girls screeched as they felt the heroism of Kyoushiro in Kaguya’s story. The person herself was glad that she was saved by Kyoushiro and happy that she fell in love with him.

After hearing Kaguya say that, Ren immediately dashed off and hid what he have heard only to himself.

With that, Ren’s story ended and Reigi, Ryuuji, Toru, Suguo, Kei then Kondo all left while tailing Kyoushiro and the mysterious woman.

Currently, Kyoushiro and the girl were out buying clothes. The store was one of the famous stores and their merchandise was all high in quality. Just that, the price for the clothes was all expensive. It was rather hard to figure out whether Kyoushiro could afford all the clothes that the woman was trying out.

Reigi and the whole group were watching them at a corner while making sure that they weren’t noticed by means of skill of Kei; Isolation Barrier>.

Kei was an Assassin class hero. That said, he only had few skills that pertain his class and most of them were just stealth skills. But thanks to his skills, the tailing was being done perfectly and not even by standers was seeing them.

But it was questionable that whether or not it was really useful at the right time.

“Anyway, now that we saw this, I want to know what their relationship is” {Ren}

With his visions enhance with the skill Far sight>, Ren quickly zoomed in on Alucia’s body from head to toe. There, her white haired glistened under the sunlight, her beautiful figure under her simple villager clothes was truly divine and with just flash of her dear tender smile, it was enough for any man to be captivated.

Ren was watching her with his cheeks dyed red.

“Wait…. That’s… That’s a ring on her ring finger!!” {Ren}

Ren accidentally yelled as he saw a silver colored ring with a red gem on its center. It had vine like designs and flowers on its base. It felt like seeing an expensive ring that came from treasure chest in the dungeons the heroes frequently visits.

Kyoushiro too was wearing the similar ring on his ring finger of his right hand.

“Oi… Don’t tell me Kyoushiro just...” {Ryuuji}

Ryuuji figured it out just by seeing it with his own eyes. But the longer he see it, it made it hard for him to believe it.

Alucia then jumped onto Kyoushiro’s chest, encircled her arms around his neck placed a kiss on his lips. Kyoushiro froze the moment Alucia separated from him, leaving him daze with flush cheeks and a stiffened smile.

Seeing those things, Ren and the rest for some reason, felt jealous of what they had seen and bit their lower lips in envy.

Thus then, the spying continued until sunset…..

Part 2

As the sun was setting, Kyoushiro and Alucia were having dinner at a restaurant famous for their sweets and pastries. Aside from the envious gaze of the men inside the restaurant and the workers there, nothing major was happening and Kyoushiro was enjoying hi meal with the girl that was once a spy but now a his wife according to rabbitmen tradition.

After the clothes store, they went to the some accessories shop, furniture’s shops for some reason and weapon shops. All of them were Alucia’s idea and because Kyoushiro really didn’t mind for a quiet stroll, he went and indulged her for today.

That was why, right next to him, leaning against his right shoulder, Alucia was having the time of her life while eating strawberry shortcake of some sort and sherbet with a smile on her face.

Kyoushiro’s lips were loosened and just by looking at them, Kyoushiro and Alucia were happy to be together. And with the rings on their hands, it could even be said that being husband and wife weren’t false.

“Mm~ Kyoushiro, these are delicious thank you” {Alucia}

With all the cakes and sherbet all gone, Alucia relaxed her body on Kyoushiro’s shoulder as she thanked him for today’s date.

Kyoushiro smiled and sighed as he leaned his back on the couch the two of them were sitting on.

“Your welcome…. Is what I want to say but our funds are... Well don’t mind that” {Kyoushiro}

“Ufufu~ I love you Kyoushiro~” {Alucia}

Stop purring like a cat you damn rabbit - Kyoushiro smiled bitterly as 3/4th of his funds were now gone like the wind. Him buying expensive clothes and eating expensive food was something Kyoushiro did not expected to happen on this day, moreover he now realized that getting married was expensive and now regretted that he even took Alucia out on a Date.

It seems that even he couldn’t refuse the woes of his wife.

“Fine... Fine… You better give me a son or a daughter or whatever alright?” {Kyoushiro}

“Fufu~ No matter how many you want” {Alucia}

Kyoushiro intended for it to be a joke but it seems that Alucia took it seriously. Well, that being the case aside. Kyoushiro simple sighed and removed Alucia from leaning on his shoulders.

“Well, that aside. What will you do now?” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro meant the things that Alucia would be doing from now on. Thanks to Kyoushiro’s Shapeshift ring Alucia can now leave Aravel without being discovered. Although it took longer than they expected, there were things now that should be considered.

Kyoushiro gaze into Alucia’s crimson eyes. His tone was serious, enough to make one feel that he could severe a mere rock with his gaze.

“That…” {Alucia}

That’s right. Alucia wanted to say that but for some reason, she can’t even let her voice come out from her throat. It was like something was preventing her from saying those things.

Saying that things that meant the goodbyes between her and Kyoushiro.

Alucia sat properly as she pondered the things that she will do from now on. But, she bit her lip in agony. The things she wants to do, the things she will do, all of those were things that involves Kyoushiro from now on.

Kyoushiro was now someone that she sees as a part of herself.

“Kyoushiro…. I…” {Alucia}

I want to be with you…..

As Alucia gaze into Kyoushiro’s abysmal eyes made of night darkness, her heart uttered so. Yet, she can’t say it with her voice. The heart that which have grown accustomed to Kyoushiro’s being, only beats and yearns for him. However, Alucia could not say that.

She knows her own duty, as such; she must see through it and end it satisfactorily. Even if that means, leaving the person whom made her heart beat so loudly and warm.

Alucia now would leave Kyoushiro, an enemy and a love one she let her heart fall into.

“I’ll be finishing my mission” {Alucia}

The words that came from her own mouth felt painful, but it was something she had to do for her sake and the sake of the family she left behind in her home.

“That’s….. Yeah, I guess you have to huh?” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro’s forelocks suddenly hid his face as he looked down. His voice seemed to have cracked as he said those words. Even his body drew cold upon hearing Alucia’s answer.

Although he expected it, why do those words hurt so much?

Silences befall on the two, the sun had already set on the horizon and darkness already enveloped the town. The street lights that were made of light magic stones shone as soon as darkness sets in.

The citizens were now walking home or planning to stay out some more in order to have fun. It was unknown but those people walking in the streets seemed distant and only Kyoushiro and Alucia were in a small space with only the two of them there.

The vacancy of the space, the silence, was broken by one woman that came by the restaurant by chance.

“Kyoushiro-kun?”

Her words had tinge of fear and shock, there was some sadness as well but the first two was what painted her beautiful face.

The long black hair that was tied in a braid swung back as she took a step back when she saw Kyoushiro sitting beside another woman. Her dark colored eyes widened in shock, dyed in fear and astonishment. Her pink lips trembled as she spoke and her body quivered in stiffness; Kaguya Shiratori appeared in front of Kyoushiro and Alucia just as she entered the restaurant with Minami and Shiori.

These were the thoughts that flooded Kaguya’s mind as she saw Kyoushiro and the extremely gorgeous woman next to him. That woman, whose hair was like almost pure white had such ruby like crimson eyes and beauty that would even make the most beautiful woman on earth pale in comparison was giving off an aura of maturity with her lovely and alluring body.

The woman wore a sweater shirt that was being covered by a white silk coat and a long cherry pink colored skirt that stretches down to her ankles. Along with her white to silver hair hanging over her right shoulder, she looks a housewife that was just married. Not only that, the ring on her left hand ring finger was further emphasizing the housewife aura that she was letting out.

And next to such woman was her beloved Kyoushiro. The man who saved her life once in the past and the only man that made her feel the feeling of falling in love.

“Shiratori-san?” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro called out to her in bewilderment and it seems that he was just surprised to have seen Kaguya as well.

“Kyoushiro-kun….That… Who is that person?” {Kaguya}

“Huh? Ah right, this is…Alucia, my wife (Temporary)” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro gave his answer in full honesty to Kaguya’s question. Although he should have left out the part where Alucia was his wife, he still chose to say it even if it was only temporary.

To those words of honesty that seem that came purely from his heart, Alucia held her chest as it seemed to have skipped a beat and made her cheeks burn in joyfulness.

Seeing that, Kaguya was immediately sent back to her own consciousness.

“Eh? Huh? Wife…? Uh….HUH!!!?” {Alucia}

But she was too taken aback from what she had heard.

“Oh yeah, you guys may haven’t heard it yet since I didn’t tell any of you but yeah, Alucia is my wife (Temporary)” {Kyoushiro}

“I’m Alucia; it is a pleasure to meet you” {Alucia}

Raising from her seat then doing a courteous bow with her hands on her navel, Alucia gave her greeting. This setting was what they had thought about in case that they might be discovered by someone Kyoushiro knew.

But, this excuse was given to the wrong person at the wrong time. Both Kyoushiro and Alucia did not know that.

“No…” {Kaguya}

“Hmm…?” {Kyoushiro}

In that soft whisper, a storm was sewn and dangerous calamity burst forth.

“H-Hey wait!! Kaguya-chan!!” {Minami}

“Kaguya-san!!” {Shiori}

Kaguya suddenly ran out of the restaurant, leaving the customers and Kyoushiro in shock. Minami and Shiori chased after her because they were worried that something might happen to their best friend.

Kyoushiro and Alucia looked at each other for a moment.

What was that all about? Kyoushiro asked this himself as the gaze of the other customers were drawn to him.

Then, after paying for the meal they had ordered a while ago, Kyoushiro and Alucia went home for the time being.

The very next day, the news about Kyoushiro being married to a woman of unknown origin went across the whole castle, throwing everyone in the castle in a stir like a beehive being disturbed.

Because of the news brought by Ren Shikimi, most of the men in class 1-C hero group were both angry and envious at Kyoushiro. They were angry because Kyoushiro did not realize Kaguya’s feeling towards him and envious because he was able to meet such beauty in just a short time.

Due to this sudden news flash, there were various questioned asked towards the married couple.

When were the two of you married?

Kyoushiro answered: We got married half a month ago

When did the two of you meet?

Alucia answered: Half a month ago when Kyoushiro and I met in a pub and we were both drunk.

Are you guys already expecting?

Kyoushiro answered: If you guys want to know go jump in a ditch first… We are not having a baby yet you bastards!!

Because of these question and answer that have been going around for about a week now, most of the residences of the castle were already used to Alucia’s appearance.

From the very first thing in the morning when everyone would be having breakfast, Kyoushiro and Alucia were together, to the time when daily training starts and Alucia would wait until Kyoushiro would finish then the two would head back to their room, and even when they bathe the couple would still be together.

They were inseparable from each other that it looked like sweet in the eyes of many but poisonous in the ones that hold jealousy.

Because Kyoushiro got unexpectedly married, the maids and also a princess were looking at Alucia with envious eyes. It even went to the point that some maids were announcing their own feelings to Kyoushiro regardless of time and place.

This though gave Kyoushiro a fright.

It seems that he had yet to know that his mysteriousness was one of the charms that women of this world were looking for.

A handsome hero that came from a different world that although he is weak, he still strive to gain the strength he wish to achieve.

Such things were filling the minds of Kyoushiro’s admirers back then.

The only reason that they were holding back was because of Kaguya. The wall named Kaguya Shiratori, the Grand Healer of the heroes’ party.

It was obvious to others that she had affectionate feelings to Kyoushiro. From the way she stares at him, the way she speaks to him and the way she calls him were various indications that she was very in love with Kyoushiro Kagami, the Master Converter.

After the news about Kyoushiro married to some woman, she had been shutting herself in her room has yet to come out ever since. Her best friend, Minami Fukuyosei, would always bring her meal so Kaguya was still getting her nutrition despite being depress.

Her love for Kyoushiro was extremely big and no other person could be oblivious of that.

Aside for Kyoushiro that is…

After the day she found out that Kyoushiro had a wife, she immediately shut herself in her room while crying herself to sleep. There were times that some of her classmates visit her but all those visits were in vain as she wasn’t even opening the door except only for Minami.

Reigi and Ryuuji sometimes visits but even they couldn’t make her come out of her room without hearing her cry.

And so, as the third week arrive and the second month nearing its end, Kyoushiro took it upon himself to visit the broken hearted girl.

On the day where the sky was dark and storming, the figure of Kaguya curled up on her bed can be seen as a horrific sight of a broken hearted maiden for the first time. Her beautiful long hair was disheveled and uncombed, dark circles under her dark colored eyes, and her unchanging sleepwear was oozing with smell that usually a girl like Kaguya’s age would be bothered to be in.

This was the state Kaguya has been in for the last couple of days ever since she Kyoushiro introduced Alucia to her as his wife.

“Uuu… Kyoushiro-kun…” {Kaguya}

On top of her unkempt bed, the figure of the curled up Kaguya can be seen sobbing as she utters Kyoushiro’s name.

“H-How could this…sniff….happen?” {Kaguya}

Things that have been troubling her mind was Kyoushiro being married to someone. Actually, he being married was practically impossible with the short time they have been here in this world. It wouldn’t have been strange if he had someone he liked but for him to be married in short amount of time was just too impossible; even in by the standards of this world.

Stabbing pains hurt her heart as she thought of these things. The person she loves was embracing another woman and even more so, introducing as his wife.

Kaguya can’t take it anymore; the pain which even her healing skills could not cure was truly unbearable. Tears formed in the corner of her eyes once more, feeling the warm water falling from her eyes to her cheeks, Kaguya sobbed once more.

To think one man could hurt her so much…. Kaguya cried as she held herself tightly.

“Shiratori-san”

Then, as an audible noise came behind her door after two knocks, Kaguya’s body froze instantly. The voice she hears was something she knows too well. The owner of that voice was truly none other than the person that made her cry this much.

But why was he here? Could it be that he left his wife for her sake? Is he together with his wife right now? Is Kyoushiro really visiting her? Was this solely for her sake?

Such questions flooded her mind as the knock on her door grew number as the voice called out her name.

Ahh… I want him to call my name… please...

This phrase invaded her broken mind as pain her heart slowly recedes back. Her face heated up as she realized that she had uttered such thought in her mind. Her body pulsed as the voice was calling out to her.

She wanted to open that door and pull him close…

She wanted to hear her name be called close her ears in a sweet whisper…

She wants monopolize such voice and be the only to be called his wife…

She wants to be the only one he loves…

As these thoughts quickly increased in her depressed mind, the knocking slowly disappeared and only the sound of his voice can be heard on the other side of Kaguya’s door.

Realizing that the door was still lock, Kaguya ran up to the door and slammed her body onto it then quickly removing the sliding lock mechanism attached on the door. Seconds later, the face of her dearly beloved, one-sided appeared right in front of her.

“A-Ah… Shiratori-san sorry to disturb you…” {Kyoushiro}

Wearing a wry smile on his face while scratching the back of his head as he apologized, Kyoushiro showed his face to Kaguya after a long week of not seeing each other.

Kyoushiro felt that it was his fault that Kaguya was depressed so he visited her on his day off. Leaving aside that he doesn’t know that he was indeed that caused of her state; it was still a fact that Kaguya overreacted when he introduced Alucia as his wife to her that day.

And so the two finally met under such awkward situation…

“Uh… Shiratori-san? T-That…?!” {Kyoushiro}

“C-Come inside… please…” {Kaguya}

Not realizing that she was still wearing her transparent negligee that her pure white underwear underneath can be seen by the other party, Kaguya pleaded Kyoushiro to come inside the room. However, due things he was seeing right now and Kaguya’s wrong choice of words; Kyoushiro’s face heated up in a very intense red color.

Not only that, he was pulled from the hem of his sleeves by Kaguya towards her room’s interior then shutting the door forcefully, Kyoushiro’s mental capacity at the moment was slowing down. For a very attractive young lady like Kaguya to put on such clothes then inviting a man in her room, it was very a daring action that made Kyoushiro’s heart beat nervously.

The former cool face of Kyoushiro was now like a pubescent young man like any other.

“Kyoushiro-kun…” {Kaguya}

“Y-Yes?” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro nervously answered…

“I…Love…” {Kaguya}

“Huh?” {Kyoushiro}

Was it due to the blood rushing into her head that she was actually confessing her feelings despite being in a dress that was too revealing? Or was it because she couldn’t hold in her feelings anymore that she was actually confessing her feelings right now?

If either of the two choices were correct, the girl had no idea since her head was simple filled with Kyoushiro right now.

Though, the young man himself was totally oblivious of that.

“A-Ah right, I came here to see if you’re alright. After what happened that day, I just couldn’t get you out of my mind I was worried” {Kyoushiro}

“Eh?” {Kaguya}

“Well, I didn’t know the specifics but it seems that it was my fault that you ended up in this state. I want to apologize for that so… Sorry” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro, felt bad about what happened back at the restaurant that night. Also, because of Minami’s constant complaints to Kyoushiro about the reason for Kaguya’s current state, he had nothing else to do but feel bad about it.

Because of that, Kyoushiro lowered his head and apologize. Though, the reason was truly unknown to him.

“Kyoushiro-kun… You don’t have to apologize… Just that, please tell that the person you introduced as your wife… Is it really true?” {Kaguya}

“Oh… so it really was that huh?” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro wore a troubled face as Kaguya asked Kyoushiro who Alucia was to him. His face was showing that the thing that cannot be said was making him unable to speak. If he were to say the truth to Kaguya, who knows what might happen afterwards. After all, the war will be starting in about 5 days.

“Kyoushiro-kun…?” {Kaguya}

“Kuu…” {Kyoushiro}

Kyoushiro grind his teeth in annoyance. Was it even necessary to tell her? No, there was no saying that she would keep it as a secret to begin with so why must he speak? Kyoushiro was having various conflicting thought in his mind.

Unconsciously, he clenched his fist as he looked for an answer in his head.

“F-Fine-“{Kyoushiro}

But just as Kyoushiro decided to tell Kaguya everything, a loud knock came bursting at the other side of the door.

“E-Emergency!! The spy has been discovered!! All heroes must gather at the throne room at once!!”

It was unknown who the person behind the door was but the words that came from that person’s mouth send frightening chills down Kyoushiro’s, as if he was doused with a very cold water.

The spy that the person behind the door was talking about must be the only woman that Kyoushiro knew as a spy that was sent from the Demon king’s army. There was only one person that can be that spy. Kyoushiro knew that so he kicked opened the door, ignoring the shock reaction Kaguya had as she saw his expression when the news came.

What might be the reason for such action? There was no time ask this when Kyoushiro already ran through the corridor in a hurry.

Let us turn back the time for a moment. Before Kyoushiro went to Kaguya to visit her and take a look at her condition out of concern.

“You are the wife of Kagami-dono correct?”

This question was asked by none other than the second princess of Aravel kingdom; Janne Nichoulaus Aravel. The person she asked such question was Alucia. They accidentally met inside the corridor that was on the third floor where Kyoushiro’s room was and where Alucia too stays in.

After the news spread widely, Alucia’s appearance in the male heroes’ floor was already normal for the residents there. Because they already know that Alucia was Kyoushiro’s wife, there was no one stopping her from going in and out of there.

On the way from the bathing room that all female heroes use, Alucia was heading back to the room where she and her husband were staying in. Her long white hair was sticking onto her skin after her hot bath. The steam coming out of her flushed body seemed erotic to see as her crimson eyes were slightly watery as she was not used to taking baths in hot water. But since it feels good to her body, she let herself indulge in it a while longer.

Even her thin clothes was sticking onto her body seemed really alluring to eyes of men, however the person that was looking at her now had no interest in looking at such lustful body.

The pearl blue eyes that had inquisitive rage in it, was glaring at the crimson pairs Alucia had.

“Yes?” {Alucia}

“So, this is the person that Kagami-dono chose as his wife? Quite pathetic, if I were his wife I’d show at least some backbone to my enemy” {Janne}

As Alucia turned her body around, Janne let such words filled with hostility. Alucia was clueless at the reason why such anger was directed at her, as such; Alucia inclined her cute little head with her invisible rabbit ears twitch in curiosity.

“I don’t know what you mean…” {Alucia}

“Humph, you are slow aren’t you? What I meant was you are not fitted to be Kagami-dono’s wife” {Janne}

Janne’s loud footsteps echoed as her steel boots was stomping hard on the floor. Janne closed in on Alucia, grabbed her wrist and pulled her close. The sound of Alucia’s left wrist made her frowned in pain, to that such action; Janne just ignored and pressed on Alucia, threatening her with words and position as a princess in Aravel.

“I don’t know where you came from but your position in this castle is an eyesore!! Just because you are Kagami-dono’s wife doesn’t mean that you can show off yourself to anyone in this castle!! Little wench!! Quietly disappear from my Kyoushiro’s side!!” {Janne}

The beautiful and angelic face of Janne was painted with rage as she yelled at Alucia. In Aravel army, the figure of the heroes near Janne was already normal to all soldiers. Not only that, the one sided love that Janne has for Kyoushiro as well were quite known to them. Not only that, the generals, lieutenants, privates and honorary knights knew the feelings that Janne harbor for Kyoushiro after the heroes spend 1 month in the military training.

The times when Janne would stay with Kyoushiro when dividing into groups were known and the times when she would unknowingly let her guard down to him and act like a normal woman was already normal to all military officers in the Arms regiment.

These actions were quite obvious so anyone that would think of Kyoushiro as their love interest would have to get pass the impenetrable wall of Janne before they get near to him. There was even one time that a villager wished to be with Kyoushiro got reprimanded severely by Janne made the whole militia know the intense feelings she has for Kyoushiro. Fortunately, Kyoushiro stopped Janne at that time before anything serious even happened.

That was why, there were no other woman had approached Kyoushiro since then. But that was different now. With Alucia’s appearance that came out of nowhere, the wall Janne built to safeguard Kyoushiro from insects (Women) crumbled.

The fact the she became his wife made all those women that had no courage to express their feelings brave enough to confront Janne and confess their feelings to Kyoushiro. Sadly, Kyoushiro did not give a favorable answer which resulted in many broken hearts.

This was also the cause for many men’s envy…

“Let go!!” {Alucia}

“Why would I? You filthy peasant has no right to be with Kyoushiro!! Know your place you scum!!” {Janne}

“Kyaaa!!!” {Alucia}

Janne threw Alucia down on the floor dangerously. With her gauntlet on, red marks were left on Alucia’s wrists as the strength of a Holy Knight was not something to trifle with.

Alucia’s face hit the floor, making her unblemished cheeks bleed when it got scratched on the floor. Tears formed on the corner of her eyes as she stood up, Alucia then sent a murderous glare towards Janne; the one who threw her down on the ground.

“Why are you so angry?! Kyoushiro chose me because he can’t handle barbaric women like you!! If you were more a little docile and more ladylike, he would have chosen you instead of me! But that doesn’t matter now!! He and I love each other so there is nothing you can do about it!!” {Alucia}

Alucia yelled back in anger. True, the fact that Kyoushiro accepted Alucia as his wife meant that he harbors feelings only to her. Moreover, the feeling was mutual and the two of them were already considered married in the laws of the rabbitmen. Although that was something she can’t say, it was a fact that even she cannot deny. Alucia loves Kyoushiro and that was the truth.

Alucia bared her fangs at Janne, unknowing of the change that had just occurred on her body.

“You…!” {Janne}

Janne’s face lost color as she saw the pair of rabbit ears on top of Alucia’s head, standing up intensely as she was expressing her raged emotion.

But that was something that couldn’t have happen if Alucia still wore the ring Kyoushiro gave her.

“No… wait!!” {Alucia}

Touched the things on her head with her hand, realizing that the ring had slipped off of her finger; Alucia went pale as soon as she realized this. On the floor next to her skirt was the ring that Kyoushiro gave her a couple of days ago.

Looking closely at her hand, there was a small cut near the base of her left ring finger. It seems that the ring had caught on the gauntlet that Janne was wearing right now.

This is bad!! Alucia thought as the situation right now had turned for the worst.

With Janne expressing her jealousy physically to Alucia and the fact that her identity as a rabbitmen has been discovered, situation was truly had worsened even more.

“Damn beastmen!! So that was the reason Kyoushiro mysteriously got a wife!! You disguised yourself as an ordinary woman and seduced Kyoushiro didn’t you!! Filthy beast, you are the spy that sneaked into our walls a month ago!!” {Janne}

Caught the pair of long ears on Alucia’s head as she yelled at her, Janne yelled at Alucia as she quickly deduced that things that transpired under the noses of the officials of the castle. The poor innocent hero was tricked and the person he introduced as his wife was the spy that has been the one the officials of the castle has been looking for.

Now that the spy was caught, there was no need for Kyoushiro to take in such person as his wife. Janne rejoiced as emotions reached a new height of enlightenment.

“Ow!!” {Alucia}

“Now then, I’ll expose your identity to all and have you executed… No, I’ll torture you first before handing you over to the guillotine…” {Janne}

As the princess, who was a Holy Knight at the same time, uttered such cold and cruel words, Alucia’s fair white face turned extremely pale. The pain from the gripped her ears was receiving made her grimace in pain. Moreover, there were red stains on the white furred ears on her head already; turning the pure white ears into a red stained one.

That was then, the news of the spy captured by the second princess spread immediately like wild fire.
