Isabella sat in the middle of the white walled room, surrounded with nothing but white lights, walls, a metal table and the chair that she sat on. The steal chair across the round metal table was empty, which made her feel slightly anxious. The door to the room opened up and Pamela walked in, alongside her Polynesian caretaker, who seemed much more polite and sweet as compared to the last nurse, who even looked scary to Isabella.
