Mystery Woman
Abhutagama is a small village located far from the outer world. In the fullest sense of the word, this small village had an extraordinary nature. The streams of water cascaded down from the mountain ranges without pause. The village was adorned with beautiful creepers that spread throughout, making it very picturesque.
The villagers lived off agriculture. They were confined to their homes and knew little about the outside world. Despite its beauty, there was an enigmatic quality throughout this small village. Surrounded by small streams, the village was centered around a large mansion known as Solomon's Mansion. The villagers looked at Solomon's Mansion with a mix of reverence and fear. It was known to be a place of considerable danger. However, the grandeur and brilliance of the past still persisted.
The owner was Solomon Ederisinghe, a prominent figure. The Solomon dynasty had been a significant presence in the village for an indefinite period. Despite their wealth and power, the Solomons generously assisted the villagers. The last owner of Solomon's Mansion, Solomon Ederisinghe, passed away about 20 years ago. Before his death, his daughter Amanda, who was the most beautiful in the village, disappeared and was gone for a year. Solomon’s death was attributed to his grief over the loss of his daughter.
Amanda’s mother had died when she was very young. Amanda was a young woman of about 18 when she disappeared. This was the story of the past, and the mansion had since fallen into ruin. After Solomon's death, the mansion deteriorated. Currently, no villager passes by it after 6 pm due to its mysterious nature. However, today, a person did pass by it.
Somapala, a well-known mischievous character in the village, intended to arrive home before dusk, but he got delayed due to the only bus in the village arriving around 7 pm. As soon as he arrived, he sensed a change in the environment. There was an unusual sound that seemed to be spreading around. It appeared that a white figure was approaching. Was this some sort of ominous premonition? Somapala hurried to go home but encountered a large fallen tree blocking his path.
An irrational fear filled his mind. Feeling as though someone was watching him, he looked behind, and his face turned pale. He felt a chill. Ahead of him was a woman with saliva falling from her mouth. However, she was not on the ground but floating in the air. Dressed in a white gown, her eyes held malice. Her body was extremely beautiful, but her face was ethereal and filled with eerie malice, as if she were not of this world, and there was no sign of life in her eyes. Her long black hair cascaded down to her knees, flowing like a dark river, giving her the appearance of an angel descending upon the earth. The most striking feature was her eyes, which conveyed an indescribable and intense hatred. Somapala felt a strange familiarity, as though he had seen her somewhere before, but he couldn't recall where or when.
