“Tyson!” I scream at the top of my lungs, waking him up. It makes me giggle when he jumps out of bed like that. “s**t, Ellie!” He grumbles, sitting down once he realizes I’m not in any danger. I’m too busy laughing to feel too bad about it. Am I twisted person for finding his terror amusing? “I’ll never get tired of that.” I tell him, breathing heavily and trying to catch my breath. “Yeah, it’s really funny. You’re lucky I haven’t wet your bed yet.” He tells me crossly. That sends me into another round of laughter until I have to sit down because I can’t breathe. “Alright, calm down now. You don’t want to push yourself.” He says, rubbing a hand on my back. “Are you excited for today?” I ask him once I’ve calmed down enough. “I guess…” He doesn’t sound enthusiastic at all
