Chapter 2 - First Meeting Part 2

Emma Hunter is a member of Red Moon Pack , with a height of 5'2 a, brown hair and brown eyes. They just found out to she is Nick's mate. " Hi darling " reaching up to kiss Nick in the lips. Nick encircled her by the waist and pull her closer to deepen the kiss. He is still resisting to accept her as his mate. There are times that he feels that he wants and need to accept her as his mate but something is holding him back especially his wolf.

North , his wolf just don't like her as in he hates her. He just doesn't understand why when she is his mate and that's just confuse him to hesitate to mark and mate her.

" Do you want to go to the Red Lion club at Parker Street ? , the girls are dying to go " indicating her bffs Bethany and Victoria . " Gavin can join us too " Emma invited pouting .

" Okey , no problem with me , why don't you join us " looking at Gavin.

" I'm in , but be sure that we will go home before morning or the Alpha will punish us again " Gavin exclaimed and remember last time they sneak back to the pack house at sunrise on a school day. The Alpha and Beta was waiting for them . As a punishment due to being irresponsible as a future Alpha and Beta , they were grounded for a month with additional 2 hours of training at 3 am which they both hate being late riser .

That sunset , Nick and Gavin are trying to sneak in the pack house . The family of the Alpha have temporarily move in to the pack house while their house is under renovation due to last storm they had which destroyed part of the kitchen roof and garden. For convenience since they can't cook there , Luna decided to live at the pack house . It's is also an advantage to be able to social with other pack members. The pack house is one of the largest in US as the Red Moon Pack is the largest pack in the US. The Red Moon Pack is known to adopt other werewolf especially abused ones. They are known to be kind hearted but fierce and ruthless to their enemies.

" Shhh , don't be noisy " Nick instructed Gavin , tip toeing to the pack house . Guards along the way didn't pay them any attention , they are just trying to avoid the Alpha and Beta. Passing the hallway , Nick breath in deeply as he almost reach his bedroom , his hand reaching to turn his bedroom's door knob when the bedroom he walked past suddenly opened revealing his father . Gavin was so startled that he squeaked , " OMG !! " , covering his mouth in horror .

" Did you really think you can sneak in past us ? " Alpha asked , face empty of expression. It's an facial expression that all pack members know to be his serious one. Alpha Dominic has started teaching Nick some of the responsibility of being the future alpha , unfortunately, due to Nick's mischievous nature , it's getting harder to control his impulses . " Don't forget that we are werewolves , I can hear and smell you miles away even if you shut off our mind link "

" I'm sorry Alpha " Nick and Gavin both said looking downwards.

" So you both should be " hearing a new voice , both lift their head and saw Liam standing at the opposite end of the hallway near the stairs , smiling angelically . Beta Arthur beside him glaring at Gavin promising retribution.

" Liam !! " both shouted , and knew that Liam told on them. " YOU ARE A DEAD WOLF MEAT !!! " Nick roared .

Liam saw that Nick and Gavin concluded correctly that he sold them out to the Alpha , hurriedly run done the stairs and out of the pack house , sifting mid jump to his wolf , Astron . Meanwhile , Nick and Gavin followed him , hurriedly sifting to their wolf form.

Alpha Dominic mind link both Nick and Gavin " you two are grounded for a month " turned and went back to bed shaking his head slowly and said to Beta Arthur " It's times like this that I feel those three never grow up . " Beta Arthur just laugh and left grinning .

Next day , Nick , Gavin and Liam are playing and goofing around at the entertainment room of the pack house. All three wear some cuts and bruises from last night . They are playing pool at the moment . The entertainment room is currently empty except for them. It boost a giant led tv screen , pool table , video arcade and other games for relaxation .

" What are you doing here ? " Nick asked Liam . " You are normally not here at this time " . Gavin moved forward to take his turn at the pool table .

Liam is sitting at the sofa , eating some chips . " No date today , Bella have to do some training with her siblings " smiling sadly and drowning his sadness with junk foods .

" When and where did you met her ? "

" Around 8 months ago at the restaurant at Main Street " Liam recalled smiling softly " she was buying some pizza at Willow's Pizza Restaurant ..... hey , why are you so interested ? " puzzled , Liam never known Nick to be interested in such things . He knows how to respect your privacy .

" Yeah ! , why are you so interested ? " Gavin inserted on the conversation .

Nick almost blushing , turned towards the bar at the back of the room , pretending to get some drinks . " Me , I'm not interested . I was just curious " changing the topic " you still owe is for yesterday " glaring at Liam .

Laughing out load , " you should see your faces especially Gavin " Liam recalled , hugging his middle as he chuckled .

" Hey ! I was just surprised " Gavin defended.

" Come on , let's just go for a run " Nick said . They all went to the forest edge to strip and have a run.

After several weeks at school

Liam saw Nick and Gavin as they enter the cafeteria and motion them over and calling their attention " Hey Nick ! Gavin ! , over here "

" Oh my yes , invite them over " Gabbie exclaimed excitedly .

Nick and Gavin reach their table , when Bella suddenly stood up , " sorry guys , I forgot that I still have an assignment to finish " barely a glance to the new arrivals , she hurriedly went to the library . Gabbie hurriedly went after her while Liam tried to follow but was detained by Nick and Gavin .

" Is there a problem ? " Nick asked with a glance to the back of Bella hurrying away .

" No ... no ... you guys take a sit here with Trisha and Luke , I'll just bring some take outs for them " . Liam turned towards the food counter to order .

" Come on guys , take a seat " Luke invited gesturing on the empty seats.

Meanwhile , Gabbie catch up with Bella by the hallway to the library " what's up ? " puzzled , she stop Bella from going further.

" Nothing - " looking at the ground .

" Don't give me that , this is your sister , bff .... what's going on ? "

" ..... ummmm " mumbled

" What ! ??? "

Pulling Gabbie to the library , looking around and saw no one near , she whispered aheepishly " I just don't feel comfortable with them "

" Them who - oh , them or Nick ? " Gabbie smiled wickedly .

" ummmm ... I guest Nick .... " Bella shyly admitted .

" I knew it !! " laughingly said , " you're attracted to him "

" shhhh... someone might hear "

Suddenly , Liam came in the library . " Everything okey ? , you just left with no lunch so I bought you two some sandwiches " . give the pack lunch to Gabbie .

" Everything's fine " Gabbie replied smiling . " just girl take , you know "

They all went at the back of the library to grab a table and sneakily eat their lunch while doing their homework. 

Since that time , Bella try to avoid Nick as much as possible.
