As I sat and ate a surprisingly good meal that Creed made, I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort and safety. It was just the three of us, me, Creed, and Jace, and we were all laughing and talking about anything and everything. Jace brought up a girl he liked at school, and I eagerly advised him how to woo her. Creed sat beside me, and I felt a warm hand on my bare thigh, just below the hem of my shorts. I couldn't ignore the feeling that I would soon be alone with him in his house. Creed has expressed his interest in me quite openly, but I've always needed clarification about how to react. While I have some feelings toward him, I'm hesitant to dive headfirst into anything serious. My past experiences with relationships have left me with some reservations, and I'd prefer not to rush
