Yujin’s POV
The room was too quiet after I forced myself to calm down. My hands were still shaking, but I needed her to be okay more than I needed air.
“Britany, are you okay now?” I asked, brushing her hair back to see her face.
She answered me with a soft kiss, questioning, like she was testing if I’d pull away. Then she whispered my name between breaths and looked up at me.
“Yeah,” she said. Her voice was wrecked, and it wrecked me too.
“Let’s not do this now,” I said fast. “You might stir something inside me I can’t control.” The demon in me was clawing at my ribs. One more touch and I’d lose it.
“Is that… bad?” she asked, and I almost laughed at how innocent she sounded.
“No, but we just got here. Don’t you want a tour first?” Before I could finish the sentence, she shook her head. Solid. No. I was shocked. She wanted more.
“If you say so,” I said, even though my control was already cracking. When I kissed her, I was the one who broke first. I pulled her mouth open, tasted her, and couldn’t stop. My hands found her dress zip and it was gone in one move, her bra too. Then I left her mouth and went lower, giving attention to every part of her that was mine now. When I moved further down, her voice broke. “Ah!!! Yujin, please.” Her body shuddered under me.
“c*m for me, Bri. c*m for me.” The words came out rough, desperate. But I couldn’t wait. I moved into her with one thrust, and the world went white.
“f**k…,” she groaned, then smirked at me. “Move faster.”
“Naughty girl,” I muttered, but I moved until we were both wrecked, lying there just listening to our heartbeats pound. “You need to take a walk.”
“Why?” she asked, dazed.
“You want to repeat what just happened?”
“No, yeah, I should take a walk,” she laughed. We both burst out laughing, and for a second everything felt normal.
“You should get dressed.”
“In what? You just ripped my gown.” She was right. I’d destroyed it.
Smirking, I said, “Find something in the wardrobe.”
She came back wearing my oversized shirt and a mini skirt, the shirt tied up like a crop top. “See ya later,” she said, rushing past me.
I moved without thinking and held her waist from behind, bending to bite closer to her ear. “You’re not supposed to wear this outside.”
“Why?”
“The skirt’s too short and you tied my shirt up in a way that would be… distracting. Wait here, I have a dress for you.” I came back with a dress and gave it to her.
“Ugh, do I really have to wear this?” she complained.
“Brittany Anderson.”
"turn around". she said to me in a playful manner
“W-what? I’ve seen every part of you,” she said, but she put the dress on anyway.
“Let’s take a walk around. You can meet everyone that way.” So we walked along the hallway and ran into Sebastian, Azriel, and Kai drinking blood.
“Hey, you guys made up?” Sebastian asked.
“Uh, whatever,” I said, while Britany stayed behind me.
“Why is she hiding behind you?” Kai asked.
“So that’s why she was acting somehow earlier. You pissed her off,” Azriel said.
“Azriel, that’s none of your f***ing business,” I snapped. I was already at my limit.
“Hello, my question?” Britany whispered from behind me.
“Just let her be. She can hear you,” I told them.
“Okay, I’m Kai. Nice to meet you,” Kai said.
“I’m Britany, nice to meet you too,” she replied, voice small but steady.
“She has a sweet voice,” Kai said.
I gave him a death glare. “Calm down, Yujin. It’s a compliment,” Azriel said.
“This guy made her voice look so messed up that you could easily tell if you push further she’d burst into tears,” Azriel added.
“Azriel, I just said it’s none of your business,” I said, teeth clenched. I was at the verge of getting angry until Bri held my hand.
“It’s okay,” she whispered.
“You should come out from there because you can’t hide forever,” I told her.
“You just said ‘let her be,’” she mimicked me, raising a brow. “So let me be.”
I turned back at her living her a questionable look that says "really"
She shifted from behind me.
“A-are you sure she’s human?” Kai asked.
“Yujin, are you sure? She might just be to cover up,” Azriel added.
I forced myself to calm down. “why do you freaking think so?”
“She’s like a living beauty straight out of heaven. With her eyes like flame and long silver hair up to her waist,” Azriel said.
“She looks too good to be true,” Kai added.
“Azriel, why are you acting like you didn’t see her when we were in the car?” I asked.
“Bro, I was driving. How do you expect me to look at her face?” Azriel said.
“He wants his angel to die,” Kai said.
“Don’t. you .ever. say. that. again,” I said, through
gritted teeths with all seriousness.
“You guys should stop with all this love stuff. And Yujin, your soon-to-be wife is running away,” Sebastian said.
“I never told you anything about marriage, and she’s not going to get lost,” I said.
“Bye, see you guys later,” Sebastian left.
“Whatever,” Kai turned to me. “You should go after her.”
