THIRD POV
Lexi was awakened by the ringing of her phone. Eyes still closed, she groped for it on the bedside table.
“Sav, it’s too early,” she lazily answered her friend's call.
“Early? It’s already noon! And isn’t today your wedding day?” her best friend replied.
She sat up quickly. Chase was no longer beside her, and she noticed that she was already dressed. Because of what happened between her and Chase the night before, she hadn’t noticed how late it had gotten. Now, she’d overslept.
“Get up now. Chelsea and I are on our way to your condo. See you soon.”
Savina ended the call, leaving her furrowing her brows. She got up to look for her groom but found only a note pinned in the fridge.
