Kit spent the rest of the weekend at the pack house, spending “girl time” with Grandma Gwen, getting her nails done, doing facials and getting massages; she spent some time with Charisma learning some simple spells and learning about some popular herbs, and she got to know some of the other pack members. Kit met Morgan’s and Gunner’s families as well as some of the pack warriors and their families. Henrique’s dad was one of the best pack warriors, second only to Mr. Buckner who was known as one of the fiercest pack warriors alive. One of the pack warriors had a daughter that was in the same grade as Kit, her name was Melody, and Kit had promised that she would save her a place at lunch.
