The Girl with Rainbow eyes

    Long ago, there lived an earth nation. The earth nation consisted of all types of people and creatures. The earth nation possessed all powers that come from our earth; water, air, fire, lightning, and earth. Though they all lived cohesively together, no one person could possess all elements as the elders made it this way. Or at least we thought.          That was until the lightning king of the Lightning Kingdom, became tyrannical and managed to convince his only brother, the fire king of the Fire kingdom. The two became merciless and ruthless; slaughtering villages, children and families and taking people who had control of their power as hostages, so that they could use their powers on their own people. Soon enough they conquered many territories. All but the water and earth kingdom and some of the air kingdom.     The Earth kingdom, which was most powerful of all elements, took in the last of the elders and wise-man preparing for wreaking havoc. There, they began to unfold the future and what lies ahead for the earth nation. The king sat before them with curiosity, but mostly fear.     They prophesied that there would be a birth of a girl today, she was the deity of all the Earth. The wise-man said she would possess all elements, including the unknown. He described the iris of her eyes being rainbow colors and her pupils would shine of the same substance she was made of.     The king soon realized he needed to find and protect this girl. But he only had small information about her making this mission one of the most difficult. He never stopped searching for the girl with rainbow eyes. 3 Years later...     3 years later, the fire and lightning kings went to a small village near the earth kingdom to provoke war. After killing most of the people that had no use for them, they found a baby girl that seemed to be of a toddler age. When the lightning king noticed the girls eyes, he stumbled back showing shock on his face, but as he kept staring at the girl he noticed that she had a different aura than anyone or anything he’s ever encountered, even the elders, wise-men or kings didn't hold such vibrancy. After a long hesitation,the fire king took her and slaughtered the rest of the village, to send a message but also to make sure that the girl's past stays here with the village.      The earth king had to make a decision as things were only getting worse. Time was running out and he couldn't find the girl with rainbow eyes. Though he was left with a difficult choice to make, he was consequently forced to take the only other option he had. One that could preserve both kingdoms until the true Princess was found. He spoke with the wise-man and the last elder left, and they both told the earth king that       The only other choice was to take both earth and the water kingdom and what was left of the Air kingdom; use both of the royal king's blood to make what's left of their nation… disappear. Only the rainbow eyed princess and her mate would be able to access the Kingdoms. Moments later, both the earth and water kingdom began to dissipate into nothing. Both kingdoms were guarded, under the protection of the elders. To any naked human eye it was just open space, their eyes would be blurry from the scales but to those of royal blood, and inside both kingdoms, they could see everything.      The lightning and fire kingdom went insane wondering where the rest of the earth nation went. They could never figure out how or what, but their mission never ceased. The lightning king was definitely the leader of the bunch, as he was the one with the elaborate ideas, while his brother, the fire king, was just following orders from his older brother. The lightning king refused to let go of his mission, which was to obtain all powers of the elements and to take over all of earth. He wanted all humans and creatures under his command. Later on, the girl was taken far to be watched over by a family. This became the girl with the rainbow eyes’ sense of home. She was the youngest, being 3, and the family had two daughters, Mia, who was 5, Marli who was 7, and an older brother, Jon who was 9. 9 years later Gem's P.O.V...     “s**t! The sun is going down, I really need to hurry up and get this dinner.” I thought to myself, while I stationed myself on the white, cold ground near a tree. In front of me I had the best view of the forest! This was usually how I got most of our dinners, since Mr. Matthews showed me how to hunt.  He and his family have been truly kind to me. I mean, there were definitely days where I knew my existence hindered their lives. Mr. Matthews was always kind but his wife on the other hand, was always cold. Her interaction with me was short, she didn't treat me like the rest of her kids, but i never resented her for it, even though it made me feel so low and small. She’d say certain things that would get my mind going, making me ask questions about my past and where I came from. When i was younger they made it seem as though they were my parents, until i grew and became more curious as to why i looked so different compared to my brother and sisters. They all were pale and with big blue eyes and dark brown hair, while I had every type of curl pattern known to man on my head, my hair was as dark as my coffee skin. I actually didn't realize that my eyes were rainbow until I was about 6 or 7. That was when i knew in my heart that i didn't belong with them but it could be so much worse, this was home.. for now... There were certain smells that brought nostalgic memories, but they were all too blurry to comprehend. I always knew that I would find out more about my past and live my own life. We didn't have technology here in the mountains but we did have books! LOTS and lots of them. Like I said, I was curious. It was definitely a bittersweet feeling, the urge and rush to learn but the immediate feeling of wanting to know more, aware of the chaos it may create. Soon, my mind was filled with creative imaginations, and unlimited information. For some reason I could retain a lot of it, especially if it was interesting to me. I spent a lot of time with my sisters and brothers, they quickly became my best friends. I remember this vivid plan on how I would find my family and my siblings would accompany me on that adventure. I really do love them. And Mr. Matthews.  I spotted the deer about 700 yards ahead, I took a deep breath, focusing on that beautiful doe, examining her build which was perfect and I couldn't wait to bring her home. I take the perfect chance to pull the trigger. I notice that the rest of the deer's around the doe I shot scatter away. I quickly gathered my equipment; I couldn't wait to bring this doe home. When suddenly I hear crunching footsteps heading my way, before I could look back I hear Jon clapping with the most proudest look on his face,  he continues to approach me and says “Gem, I honestly didn't think you were going to catch one today. That's my sis!!” He continued with a huge grin plastered on his face. Jon and I really bonded when it came to hunting and typical outdoor activities. He was the best teacher (besides Mr. Matthews who taught all of us), super strict when it came to learning but when it was time to goof around, he was the biggest goofball of them all! Those were my favorite memories here in the mountains.        On my 12th birthday, I was awoken to Mr. Matthews yelling and arguing. I couldn't recognize who he was yelling at, as we never had any visitors here in the mountains.  “Your debt is paid Sara, you and your husband are free to live your lives with you children. We all knew the terms of agreements when it came to Gem!” Said the man with a deep, eerily calm voice. I gasped, as I couldn't believe what they were saying. I got up from bed quietly heading towards the door, so I could get a better understanding from the conversation. “I don’t give a f**k if you changed your mind, she was never yours to begin with, she was just as much of a convenience to the both of you and me. Now, this conversation is done. I will be collecting my assets." He said sharply. I could hear heavy foot steps heading towards my door, but before i could even do anything, the man with the deep voice was now in front of me. My eyes in shock, wide open, fearing this stranger in my room.
