Episode 5

Ephrin and Raina's lip collided.

This is the second time Raina is kissing the emperor and she like how delicate the lips is.

The kiss was delicate and energetic, she could feel flashes going through her veins as she kissed him.

Leia was irritating her to kiss him harder on the grounds that she's enjoying his lips and truly, so was Raina. She apparently can't get enough.

In any case, right when she was going to extend the kiss, emperor Ephrin got her neck, pulled her outlandishly closer and he responded the kiss deepening it.

He immediately flipped Raina over more, making her lay under him yet he laid his elbows on the ground to suspend his weight. His lips moved incredibly quick against Raina's, that even when she tried she still couldn’t catch up with him, it’s as if he was craving her lips and couldn’t get enough of it now that he’s finally having a bite.

Is this him kissing Raina or his wolf inside him kissing Raina?

Leia scoffed as the thought lingered in Raina's mind.

*Who cares who’s kissing us, be it his wolf within or him he’s as yet our mate, it’s the same lip kissing us* Leia said.

Emperor Ephrin's hand moved from Raina's head to her left side breast and gave it a hard crush, she was unable to keep down the groan that got away from her mouth.

As if he was possessed before, Raina's moan made him gain consciousness and he broke the kiss, he stared in her eyes with a frown…

"is that guilt i see in his eyes? But what is he guilty about?" Raina thought

He immediately grabbed his hand from Raina's breast and jumped up, leaving her on the ground.

But she didn’t wait or expect him to help her up, so she helped herself up and touched her lips.

"That was one amazing kiss" Raina said to herself, feeling her cheeks heating up.

Emperor Ephrin made a sound as if to speak, his eyes flicking to Raina's lips a few times and he'd subliminally lick his.

"Umm.. sorry… sorry…." he stopped and took a full breath.

"Come down the stairs for dinner" he said then run out in a zap, as though his jeans were ablaze.

Raina hurled at his humiliated expression, she just made the king blush, she didn’t know she have such effect on him

A smile spread all over as she gazed at her appearance in the mirror, her lower lip is a little bruised but it wasn’t hurting her at all. It's strangely making her stomach agitate in energy.

Dinner was somewhat abnormal, one reason was on the grounds that Raina just knew only Daniel, the triplets and emperor, the rest of the guys and ladies sitting around her were totally strangers to her.

The other explanation was, they continued to take look at her, particularly at her swollen lips and it's making her blush in humiliation.

"umm” Daniel cleared his throat to get their attention.

“This is queen Raina, she’s his emperor's mate and would be formally introduced soon.” he said.

They didn't appeared to be shocked however their eyes sparkled in joy, they grinned at Raina and gazed at her as though she's the moon goddess or something superior.

"Accalia." Ephrin gestured to one of the triplets and she gulped hard as she gazed at Raina.

Raina nudged Daniel gently and he leaned a little bit closer.

"For what reason is she looking at me like that?" Raina murmured in his ear, gesturing at Accalia.

"Oh, to know what your fate look like…" Aurora one of the triplets said before Daniel could. Raina gazed at her with her mouth parted slightly in shock.

Aurora stood up and walked to Raina's side, she raised her hip marginally and used it to knock Daniel off his seat and sat on his place.

Daniel grimaced and scowled at her, yet never really fought back, he just headed toward her chair and had her spot.

She went after Raina's hands and put them on Accalia's hand.

"It won't hurt OK!" Aurora mumbled and Raina nodded stupidly.

Accalia held Raina's hand tenderly with her eyes close however she flipped them opened almost immediately.

"Accalia, are you alright? What did you see?" Aurora was the first to ask.

"Ummm... I want to use the restroom." Accalia murmured softly and stood up right away.

Aurora and Arcadia took a glance at Ephrin.

" Leia are you there? What did you do?" Raina nervously asked her wolf quietly.

"I did nothing wrong, I just stopped her from seeing your future." she lashed out at Raina.

Raina turned her look towards the emperor just to see his eyes currently on her.

He stood up to go after Accalia, but was abruptly stopped when the doors burst open and a guard charged in.

"Your emperor, a man, and a young boy are attempting to break into the palace...

“who?” The emperor abruptly cut him off, not even allowing the guard to finish his sentence.

“umm..!” The guard mumbled quietly.

The guard quickly bowed his head in fear after the emperor raised his right eyebrow, as if the guard was about to pee on himself.

When Raina saw the emperor about to lash out at the guard, she couldn't help but get up and clear her throat.

"Did you ask as to why they're attempting to force their way in?" she inquired.

King Ephrin turned to face Raina, but she ignored him and focused on the guard.

"He...The man told me I should tell his emperor his name is Derek..."

"Derek?" Raina yelled.

"Yes, he said I should notify his emperor that he wishes to speak with his sister..."

The emperor cut him off with a deep, angry growl and balled his fist tightly.

"What on earth is Derek doing here? Did Chloe deliver my message to them?"

The emperor averted his piercing gaze from Raina, who slumped back in her chair, before storming out.

Without burning through any longer time Raina jumped up and hurried after him, nobody can anticipate what the emperor could do.

Outside the castle

Mr Vincent and Derek stumbled back somewhat when they saw an extremely tall figure overshadowing them.

"You're....?" the emperor asked in an exceptionally profound voice.

"Father!" Without reconsidering, Raina hopped before her father and spread her arms defensively.

"He's my father, let me speak with him.. please!"

Emperor Ephrin gazed at Raina and afterward at Raina before he nodded.

"Thank you." Raina mumbled and took her father to a corner.

"Are you okay?" Mr Vincent said as he held his daughter.

"No father, I need answers! I'm not.."

"I take it that your wolf is awake then?" Mr Vincent asked as he scanned his daughter's body.

"You knew I wasn't a human all along and didn't tell me, dad?"

Mr. Vincen let out a sigh.

"It's for your own safety, Raina. You're a hybrid lycan, the last of your kind....."

"A what?"
