The Chosen One: Vessel of The Beast

A 17 year old high school student, Kamofuki Shifukato lives with his parents in Shibuya City, Tokyo. He was a transfer student from Kanto High School to Tokyo Inter-high, Japan. In this timeline, the world of Japan is filled with gifted individuals who have the ability to control their internal energy produced by their emotions. Naturally, Shifukato is part of the select few with this chosen ability. Although, he doesn't attend special institutions to train those with this power, Shifukato makes use of his self formulated training regiment. In Shifukato's school, he isn't the top of his class but regarded as one of the best in physical training. He isn't stupid but simple. His classmates see him as a kind and good fiend to have. He talks much but is cool-headed when it comes down to serious business. He is often teased by his friends for being so inexperienced in fighting even though he has a great potential for it. His power is not hidden from his schoolmates nor his teachers. On a favorable day, as the teaching session was about to be over, a mysterious figure who was arguably from a secret organization took an excuse from the principal and called out Shifukato to address him be briefly. As Shifukato stood out from the class, the individual led him to a corner and whispered to him calmly "Come after school to EnergyLab for a special screening". Shifukato was surprised and left not knowing what the individual was talking about. Later that day, before Shifukato went home, he sneaked into the computer room with his phone, powered on of the computers, and made a quick research on what the individual called "EnergyLab". He found some information about it and quickly transferred it to his phone along with his school's data. He then powered off the computer, simultaneously packing his bag strapping it unto his back. At this moment, he heard some footsteps and quickly assumed a it was a teacher. A split second before the door was opened he his behind a data storage facility. His heart was racing and he was praying desperately that whoever entered the room would leave, and fortunately he heard the crooking sound of the door as if it was being closed. On his way out, he stumbled across some papers holding information about an individual who has arrived some minutes before he met mysterious figure. As soon as he packed this in his bag he ran out of the room and began moving towards a nearby train station. As he was walking, he began to put together the little pieces of scrambled information he had. He pondered seriously and came upon an idea. He thought, he could use a train to get there, as he had almost arrived at the tain station. He entered the train and sat as kept making serious thoughts on the information. This was a new experience for Shifukato as he never thought or had to think this hard. But suddenly, his phone began to ring and a mysterious voice said calmly as the last one "The first, third and eight word of the second sentence is your answer". Shifukato was shocked as the vague words mysteriously matched his thoughts, and he knew for sure where he was heading. He followed the direction, and it led him to a junction where he was received by a man in a black tuxedo. Shifukato, being unsure of the entire event, walked skeptically and slowly towards the area. Shifukato's mouth was left open in awe as this figure seemingly walked through the wall. He didn't know what to do, but held his breath and held up his chest as he walked into the wall bravely. As he was moving he noticed others around didn't seem to notice his presence or that of the other guy. This left him in doubt as that planted fear in his mind. As he passed through the wall the light of the setting sun shone on his face, disturbing his eyes. He gently touched his eyes and opened them, only to see a young thriving academy-behind a wall. This didn't make sense as the geographical topography of that area didn't match to give space for such a large school. He looked around and the figure who guided him to the location was nowhere to be found. As he proceeded into the territory he was welcomed by yet another mysterious figure. Shifukato had no clue about what was happening but he acted natural as if he schooled there. The man went on to say - 'Welcome to EnergyLab, the hidden academy'. Shifukato was confused and proceeded to ask - 'Hidden Academy? What is that?' The man spoke to him with these words - 'The hidden academy is a non-affiliated academy which trains Energy Manipulators like you. In the academy you are ranked from 5th Grade to 1st Grade in order of strength. But keep in mind physical combat is involved'. He then proceeded into the school but shortly after, he realized that it was late and he had to go home to avoid beatings and lectures from his parents. He quickly ran out of the school through the wall and took the last train back to his home. As he reached the frontage of his home, he thought to himself "This is gonna be the worst day of my life". He then opened, the door and was welcomed by his parents who were standing at the door awaiting his return. They had so much rage in their eyes, he felt the ground would open up and swallow him whole because he knew what was coming for him. As he made his first step into his home beatings and lectures from both his mom and dad overwhelmed him. He ran to his room and suddenly heard both his parents shout uniformly "YOU'RE GROUNDED!!". And at that moment he knew it was over for him. Shortly after, as he was in his room, news got to his parents about the issue of transferring Shifukato to EnergyLab. His parents asked the messenger "Our son?" And the messenger replied "Yes, your son". They were shocked and immediately realised that was the reason he failed to come home early. His parents soft-heartedly agreed to the transfer and called Shifukato to the living room where they sat him down and talked to him. They told him he was no longer grounded and communicated his transfer to him. Shifukato had mixed feelings about it but thought that it would be a great opportunity to adapt to a new environment. He was told to pack up as he was going to stay in a dorm at his new school. He was dismissed by his parents and he went to his room to start preparing for his transfer.
