Aleshia's Pov
I sat on the wooden chair, gazing at the beautiful garden. The flowers bloomed in a vibrant array of colors, and a towering bamboo tree stood tall, its size adding to its beauty.
Ilang araw nang hindi umuuwi si Sir Cosmo sa mansyon. Tinanong ko si Ate Glenda, at sinabi niyang busy raw ito sa trabaho. Dahil dito, sobrang gaan ng bawat galaw ko sa mansyon.
Dalawang linggo na walang paramdam si Inay. Alam kong wala siyang pakialam sa akin, pero sana man lang ay mangamusta ito.
Wala akong gagawin ngayon dahil Linggo. Tuwing ganitong araw, pinapayagan daw ni Sir na umalis ng mansyon para makipagkita sa mga kaibigan.
Wala sina Ate Glenda at Fea. Umalis sila kaninang umaga, kaya ako lang ang naiwan dito. Pati ang mga hardinero at si Kuya Jules ay umalis din.
Kanina pa ako nagbababad dito sa mansyon. Dapat pala ay sumama na lang ako kina Ate Fea. Ngunit wala akong pera, nakakahiya naman kung magpapa-libre ako.
Nais ko sanang maligo sa pool, ngunit baka mapagalitan ako ng boss namin. Marunong akong lumangoy dahil may ilog sa aming probinsya na talagang malinis at masarap languyan.
Tumayo na ako at nagpagpag ng short ko. Pumasok ako sa mansyon para kumain ng tanghalian. Magluluto na lang ako ng itlog, ako lang naman ang kakain at hindi naman ako maarte sa pagkain.
Nang maluto ang itlog, kumuha na ako ng plato at naglagay ng kanin. Nakakatakot dito mag-isa, dahil napakalaki ng mansyon.
Naudlot ang aking pagkain nang marinig ko ang malakas na busina. Tiyak na andito na si Sir Cosmo.
Tumayo ako at mabilisang tumungo sa labas. Binuksan ko ang gate para makapasok ang sasakyan niya na kulay itim at tinted ang salamin.
Hinintay ko si Sir na mai-park ang kanyang kotse. Bumukas ang pinto nito at inilabas niya ang mala-Greek god na mukha at dating.
I was mesmerized by his face, he was truly handsome. His masculinity was undeniable. His thick brows, thin kissable lips, pointed nose, and strong jawline were captivating.
He was wearing a white polo that hinted at the toned abs beneath. His white slacks were undeniably stylish, making my heart skip a beat. He was the most handsome man I had ever seen.
"You're going to melt me with those eyes, kid."
Hindi ko namalayan na nasa harap ko na ito. He stood before me, his hand inside his pocket. His gaze fell upon me, his right eyebrow arched in a smirk.
Nilagpasan niya ako, at sinundan siya ng aking tingin. He throw his case bag in a sofa at niluwagan nito ang kanyang suot na polo.
"Why are you here? It's a day off ."
bakit kita kakausapin? no boys nga diba sabi mo.
Napatingin siya sa akin habang kinukuha ang kanyang cellphone at nag simula magta-type ng kung ano sa phone niya.
Umupo ito sa sofa at tinignan ako ulit matapos nito sa kanyang cellphone.
"You really won't talk to me huh?" He smirked
I gulped hard, feeling a heavy tension building up. He was glaring at me as if I was his prey.
"Joanne will go here. Prepare some food and bring it inside my room."
"Girlfriend mo, Sir?" I was surprised by my own question, but my curiosity got the better of me. So he had a girlfriend, and I felt an inexplicable pang.
Hindi mo nga kakausapin diba
I saw him stand up and walk towards me. He smirked and lifted my chin with his hand.
"How old are you?"
"17."
"I'm 25, and that's a bullshit." He turned away from me and walked away from me.
It was almost dinner time, and I was busy preparing food. Sir’s girlfriend arrived at six.
She was wearing a hot, sexy dress that hugged her body. She was tall and looked wealthy. You could tell that she and Sir Cosmo were a perfect match.
Sir had ordered Chicken Carbonara. I didn't understand why he always ate the same thing.
Luckily, I love cooking, so I know how to make almost anything. I love reading books, which is why I know so much. I don't want to brag, but I'm intelligent. I was always at the top of my class when I was in school, but it's sad that I had to stop.
I went upstairs to Sir and his girlfriend’s room.
“You’re a s**t Cosmo! What do you mean you’ll break up with me after a year?!”
The door slammed open loudly. I was startled, but thankfully, I didn’t drop the food on the tray.
“Yeah, that’s it. So?” I heard Sir Cosmo say.
I hid in a room after that. It would have been awkward if they saw me while they were yelling at each other.
“You and I were going to get married, Cosmo!”
“Married my ass. I’m the one who’ll make my own decisions, bitch.”
“A-ahh, it hurts, Cosmo. I can’t breathe.” I heard the woman whimper.
I opened the door slightly to see what was happening. I could hear the woman’s whimpers, and it sounded like she was in pain.
I saw Sir Cosmo. He was holding the woman’s jaw tightly.
I felt scared and closed the door. I looked at the food on the tray on the floor, grabbed the water, and drank it.
I’ll just replace it later.
“C-Cosmo, you’re crazy!” The woman whimpered. I just listened and sat on the floor, leaning against the door.
“Then when will we break up, huh?!” The woman’s voice was calmer now. Maybe Sir Cosmo wasn’t holding her anymore.
I felt scared and nervous when I heard footsteps approaching my hiding place.
“Hey kid, when is your birthday?”
“J-July 1.” I don’t know why I answered him right away. I also don’t know why he asked for my birthday.
“Then, Joanne, let’s break up next two months on July 1.” Sir said.
“Did you just ask that kid?!”
“And so? f**k off.”
“f**k that kid----”
“A-ahhh!”
I covered my ears. I heard a vase crack, and I knew it had broken. The woman whimpered as if she was in pain.
I put my hands over both my ears. It was scary.
Hindi ko alam kung ilang minuto na akong nasa loob. Tiningnan ko ang silid na pinasukan ko. Malaki ito at may mga malalaking picture frame, ngunit may mga nakatakip na tela dito. Tumayo ako at nawala ang takot na nararamdaman ko.
Hindi ko akalain na kaya palang manakit ni Sir Cosmo. Hindi ko nakita ang mukha niyang galit dahil tanging ang babae lang ang nakita ko kanina at ang kamay ni Sir na nakahawak sa panga nito.
May malaking lamesa sa gitna na may nakatakip din na puting tela. Halatang may mga laman ito.
Dahil sa gusto kong makita dahil makulit ang aking kamay at isipan, hinawakan ko ang dulo ng tela. Ngunit nang iangat ko ito, narinig ko ang pagbukas ng pinto.
Alam ko na ni-lock ko iyon.
Alam kong namumutla ang aking mukha, kitang-kita ang takot dito.
“S-sasaktan niyo ba ako?” Hindi ko mapigilan ang aking tanong.
“Did you see behind it?” Tanong nito.
Naka-sandal ito sa pinto habang ang kanyang mga mata ay nakatitig sa akin.
“H-hindi po, Sir.” Utal kong sagot.
“You scared of me?” tanong nito at nagsimula itong maglakad palapit sa akin. Umatras naman ako, ngunit nasa likod ko ang lamesa.
Na-corner ako.
“Let’s play, Truth and Lies. You guess what are the lies and truth.” He told me, smirking.
“Guess what is the lie. Number 1. I’ll claim you. Your body and soul, your heart and mind. 2, I have a big d**k. 3, I’m a f*****g handsome.”
I was stunned by what he said. I didn’t know what to answer. Everything was chaotic, and he was making my mind even more confused.
I looked at him more closely. His lips were so kissable, his gaze was like he was eating me alive.
He moved his hand and lifted my chin. I was surprised because I thought he was going to hurt me.
“Relax, just answer me. What is the lie, from 1-3?” He asked.
I just swallowed. I looked away from him because I felt my knees weakening.
“Answer or I’ll kiss you?”
“2?” I answered.
Maybe his d**k is small, right?
“You hurt my ego, darling. My d**k is big. And all those three were right.”
“P-po?”
“I’ll claim you, Alessia Zaye Castro, on July 1.” After that, he left me dumbfounded. I was stunned and didn’t know what to do.
My knees buckled, and I collapsed onto the floor. He’s crazy.
