Chapter Thirteen
He wants to forget.
Seokjin wants to forget everything that has happened. He wants to erase the memories of Jungkook kissing other man's lips. On top of that, his close friend's lips.
He assured Jungkook that he's fine. He told the older to just stay with him and forget everything about it.
He said those words as if it doesnt really affect him. Well! The truth is, it's affecting him in worst way possible. He cant concentrate and he's very emotional.
He told Jungkook to stay even though he knows that he is in deep pain and cant even stand seeing the older's face as it will only remind him of his infidelity.
Jungkook assured him that he will stay even though he knows that he wont do anything or atleast try to stay loyal and gain Seokjin's trust again.
They are simply fooling each other.
Seokjin took a deep sigh as he blinked his eyes for a couple of times. He just finished putting Taehyung's make up for an endorsement.
"Seokjin can you write this?" A staff handed him a paper, "Taehyung needs to read that later make it big." He said.
Seokjin looked at the paper furrowing his brows trying to concentrate even shutting his eyes closed while taking a deep breathe as he cant really get what the hell is written on the paper.
He bit his lower lips as he looked up and saw the staff already giving him an instruction about what he should do. His fingers starts to shake a little because of the fear, he's so close to having a panic attack.
He almost gasped in surprised when someone took the paper out of his hands. He looked up just to see the model holding the paper with a stern look on his face.
"I memorized it already. No need to write." Taehyung said shrugging his shoulders.
The staff looked at Taehyung and asked if he already knew it, the model assured them that it would be fine so they turned their back against the model and did their unfinish business.
Taehyung protruded his lips as he sat next to his make-up artist who seems to spacing out since the moment he arrives here, he's actually shocked that he didnt even made any mistake while doing his make-up earlier.
Of course, Taehyung did his best trying to cheer him up but no amount of positive words can make Seokjin smile right now and it's irrirating the hell out of Taehyung already.
He know that accepting that your love of your life is cheating is hard but Seokjin needs to understand his worth.
He almost flipped the table and lose his mind when Seokjin told him that they were fine.
How? How in the f*****g world they are fine after seeing his boyfriend kissing another man? The stupidity is real.
As for Taehyung, he thinks that Seokjin still cant see how much he's worth the world not someone who would cheat on him.
Yes, he do wants Seokjin but he wouldnt wish for anything like this to happen especially now that the effect is this bad.
"You're not fine, Seokjin."
The younger shook his head as if he just got snapped out of his dreams.
He tilted his head and looked at the model who's staring at him- observing his face as if waiting for something that is worth looking for.
Seokjin smiled at the older shrugging his shoulders as he shook his head a little taking in a deep breathe.
"I.. I am fine." Seokjin said.
Though his voice says otherwise as Taehyung clearly heard how it cracked especially the way the younger's eyes glistened because of the tears forming in his eyes.
Seokjin was about to walk away from the older but Taehyung is quick enough to grabbed his wrist pulling him closer to make him sit on his lap facing the older.
Seokjin looked around and was just so glad that there's no one around. Though, the fact that someone might walk in on them with him sitting on top of Taehyung can still occur.
"That asshole is so f*****g lucky." Taehyung said through gritted teeth.
Seokjin looked down at the model. He wiped the side of Taehyung's lips because of the gloss, he needs a retouch.
"You cant put all the blame on him, Tae. I am lacking in so many things." Seokjin said letting out a deep breathe.
Seokjin's lips tugged downwards forming into a very small pout with tears streaming down his face and Taehyung swore that it is the most adorable yet very heartbreaking that he saw.
"Baby..." Taehyung sweetly called him cupping his cheeks to make their eyes met.
"Let's say you have things that needs improvement but that doesnt gave him the license to cheat," Taehyung raised his brows, "If you lack on something, he should be there. You should be together hand in hand as you're trying to improve." The model breathed out.
Seokjin bit his lower lips covering his face with both of his palms which Taehyung immediately took and starts to kiss the younger's fingertips.
"No one should get left behind because there are some things they're not good at, that's not how a relationship goes, baby." Taehyung said while looking at Seokjin with so much adoration.
Seokjin didnt say anything and just let his tears flow not caring about anything else as Taehyung's words hit him like a truck.
It only reminds him of the raw pain he is feeling. The emotion and the heart ache of not being enough for someone whom he loves so much.
"But.. but that's Yoongi, Taehyung. You dont understand," Seokjin shook his head vigorously, "He's amazing, wonderful and so so so pretty." He said crying as if those traits of the other man hurted him the most.
Yes, it did hurt him.
It hurted him because he knows why Jungkook is doing it with Yoongi, that boy has everything that every person could fall for and Seokjin doesnt want to go against someone like him.
"You are beautiful, Seokjin. Your heart too, that what makes you unique." Taehyung said as he caressed the side of Seokjin's waist.
Taehyung pulled Seokjin down kissing the younger's forehead as he whispered,
"Know your worth, baby. Know your worth."
