I couldn't process what he said Luna? what does he mean by that? I couldn't focus on work so I went back home. I told Anna nick is visiting us and I will cook. She helped me with cooking and at 8 pm he was here. Sawyer opened the door for him.
"Hi Nick." I said hugging him
"Hi rose. You have a nice house." He said
"Oh thank you. it's my father's." I told him smiling.
"Let's go to the Balcony," I said walking towards there.
We sat there he was surprised by the view. Anna served us drinks and snacks.
"These are really yummy." He said
"Thanks, I am glad you loved them."
"So now nick tell me" I said impatiently
" Okay so first we are werewolves. There are lots of us who are hidden between the human world. Ethan is king Alpha to all alphas."
"Alpha?" I asked
" Alpha means leader. there are different packs with different alphas but they all have one king who is Ethan and you are Ethans mate it means you are our queen," he said
" But you said I am luna"
"yes Luna is alpha's wife. She is like a mother to all wolf. So as you are mate to Ethan it means you are the queen of every Luna and alphas and other wolves." He told me
" okay it's hard to believe. so what is this mate thing?" I asked
" Rose mate means partners. Our moon goddess selects our love which gives us strength and power.'
"So how you guys know about your mate?" I asked curiously eating chips.
"Well when we meet our mate. Their special fragrance attracts us. There are some connections that pull us to each other. You feel in your heart that one is yours. You feel weak when separated. Your inner wolf tells you she is your mate. Just like Grey told Ethan."
" If he knows then why he rejected?" I asked
"I don't know because he is really possessive towards you. He has even fallen in love with you."
"Maybe I am not his mate," I said
"No rose he told me this by himself. Ever since you are gone he is weak. You have already bonded."
"How? we didn't even said love you " I said
"You are bonded by blood. Rose it's really surprising in your case. It has never happened before but when you gave your blood to save him. You guys bonded. That's why you could hear him in your mind. He could feel your feelings." he said cupping my hand.
" But still he doesn't want me."
"He is trying to find you. He knows he was wrong." Nick said.
"I don't want to face him right now," I said
"It's okay take your time but I will give you his address. If you ever want to meet him," he said
" Okay I will see," I said smiling.
We had dinner together. We talked about business and I also gave him my new number. The next day was like always work meetings but we have a press conference too. I was signing my papers when Danny told me it's time.
"Are you nervous?" He asked
"Little bit," I said
"Don't worry you can handle them." He said.
When we reached to our conference room. He looked at me and I took a deep breath nodding him. As we walked in everyone was murmuring. I sat on my table. Danny told them to be silent.
"Hello everyone. I have been informed you all are very curious to know who is handling our empire. So today I have taken out some time for you guys especially. You guys must be the thing who I am? How I became Ceo etc. Let's make it easy for you." I said looking at them and paused with a smile.
"I am Rosalie Whit. John Whit and Ashly Whit daughter."
Everyone was shocked. They looked at each other than me. They bombed their questions at me.
"If you want to talk please one by one," Danny said.
"Ms.Whit where were you this year? Is your brother with you?" one of the reporters asked
" We were in New York. My brother is still there handling our business." I replied
"Ms.Whit your parents case was not investigated did you never wanted to find the murderer?"
" Well Mr. Victor was the one who killed our parents. We were sent away to be saved that's why we couldn't take action." I replied.
"Ms. Whit are you going to stay here or will you go back?"
"We haven't decided yet," I replied.
I replied to all of there questions and then we finally left. I was having headache now. Danny gave me pills and smiled.
"You were great." He said
"Yeah and now my head is hurting," I said laying back in my seat.
"You are just like your parents. Strong intelligent gracefully." He said
"Thank you Danny."
" Danny do you like Sophia?" I asked
"What?" why?" He asked
"I have seen you how you talk to her," I said smiling.
"Yeah I like her." He said smiling.
"Danny if you love her tell her and never leave her alone if you even have a fight never turn your back on her. " I said smiling.
It's been a month. Our building is almost ready. Ben's graduation is in 4 days. I asked Danny to clear my schedule. Ben and Minions called me to come but I said I can't and they were sad. Actually I just wanted to give them a surprise. So today I am on shopping. Swayer and Danny are irritated with me now. As I have almost bought everything for them. This happens when you have childhood friends with you.
"Come on Rose I am tired" Swayer said laying back on the couch.
"Look at you. Huge builder man my bodyguard is tired of walking." I said laughing.
" Don't make fun of me." He said making a face
"Look this one is so good," I said holding a blue shirt.
"Mr. Manager please pack all things for her," Swayer said and I laughed.
"Danny try this," I said handing him a shirt.
"Me? why?" He asked
" I am saying that's why"
After shopping, we went for lunch and then back home. We packed my luggage and my both friends were tired as hell. So I made them my special brownies and coffee.
"Omg these are so delicious," Danny said
"Well thank you," I said smiling
"Rose your cooking is just like your mother," Anna said smiling
Sawyer was eating like a child and we all laughed looking at him.
"What? Haven't you seen a beautiful man before? He said while eating
"Oh you are so handsome. Can you be my boyfriend?" I said laughing
"Shut up Rose." He said irritated.
