Falling for a beast

CHapter 12

We were in Paris. Ben was doing everything to cheer me up but I was not helping him but then I realized I am doing wrong with him with my self. I shouldn't waste my self for Ethan. So I started enjoying with Ben. We were like kids. We went to Disney. We had visited every place. We were annoying each other. Somewhere in my heart I was still hurt but I was hiding it. I have been forgotten everything. My goals especially. so I decided to complete them. 

I remember I promised myself to hold back our business and everything. So to forget my pain I decided to go back to London. Ben was not letting me go alone but I don't want him to be with me. I have to go through all pain and struggle with my self. I told him to stay in New York.

My plane landed at 9 am in London. Peter was already there with few men.

"Rose my child I know it's hard for you." He said cupping my hand.

" Yes it is but you know It's time," I said smiling

" Where you want to stay?" He asked.

" I want to stay in our apartment but first I want to visit my home," I said

"Rose I think you shouldn't." He said in a sad voice.

"It's okay Peter. " I said

Soon we were there all memories hit me. My childhood. Our swings were gone from the garden. When I entered inside. Everything was the same but not exactly. Our pictures were replaced by Vistors. There was a bar. Furniture was changed. My bedroom was changed into a dark bedroom. Ben's room was changed to empty. Our parent's room was changed to lust room. 

Tears fell from my eyes. This home has been changed to something else. I found all our pictures and stuff in the store. I asked Peter to move them to my place. As we exited our house. Peter saw me and hugged me. I cried in his arms. I told him to sell our house.

We went to our Whit Appartments building. My apartment is on the top floor.  The most luxurious. The Interior is in white and royal blue. Mirror walls. My own huge Balcony with amazing sitting. Peter has decorated it with my favorite flowers. It has 3 bedrooms. Mine is king-size with a huge walk-in closet which is filled with new clothes. My room has it's own sitting and balcony too. There is a huge study with lots of books on it. Our family pictures are already set in here. 

"It was your father's. Your mom used to love looking at the city from the top." Peter said.

"It's beautiful," I said

"It is. Nothing has been changed here. Just a few things." He told me.

"Thank you Peter."

"No need darling. You are like Bella to me," he said hugging me.

" Now let me introduce you to Anna. You may remember her." He said smiling

"Oh my God Anna. I missed you." I said hugging her. She is now 35 years old. She was our Nanny back them.

"Oh my God Rose you have grown so beautiful." She said hugging me.

" Thank you and you have become a graceful woman." I said

"I am so glad to meet you again."

"Me too," I said happily.

" So this is Danny and Sawyer," Peter said

" Oh my God Danny Sawyer it's been so long," I said 

"Yes it is. Hopefully you remember us." They said. They are Bella's cousins. We used to play together.

"How can I forget. By the way you both are so handsome now." I said smiling

" Well Rose Danny is going to be you right hand. He has been secretly working in a company so he knows everything. Sawyer will be your personal Body Guard." Peter told me

 "Oh so my friends are my workers." I laughed.

" Is it that bad?" Sawyer said.

"Oh, no-no. I am so happy to have to guys with me." I said hugging them.

I went to rest and they went to there rooms. Which were separated from upper floor rooms. At evening we discussed all the project are happening now in our company. We discussed how we are going to tackled board members. I told them not to public my identity now. After we were done. Ben called me. He was sad. He told me he is missing me. My minions were at home with him. Seth has shifted to our house to keep Ben company.  

"Panda we are missing you," Nicolas said

"I am missing you guys too," I said smiling.

" Is everything arranged?" Ben asked

"Yes baby I am totally settled here," I said

" I miss your food," Seth said

"Guys don't be so sad. You guys can come here after graduation." I said happily.

"Oh that's amazing" Liam said.

The night went like a blink. Anna served me food. We talked about everything I have done there in NewYork. In the morning I wake up at 8 am. I took a long bath. I was selecting what to wear. Finally, I decided to wear it. Formal Suit in black color. I got ready in it.

"Hey Anna and everyone," I said smiling

"You are looking good," Anna said

"Thank you Anna," I said

" Here you go have your breakfast." She said placing yummy pancakes.

"You still remember?" I asked happily.

"How can I forget?" 

After breakfast, I packed my bag and went to the parking with Peter Danny and Swayer. 

" So which one?" I asked looking at all the expensive cars. Don't know which one was ours.

" The one you decide," Danny said smiling

"What? You mean these all are mine?" I asked in shock

"Yes these all are yours." He said

"But I didn't"

"Benjamin did," Peter said

"This boy. " I said shaking my head and calling him.

"Hello?" Ben said sleepily

"Benjamin what is this?" I said in a frustrated voice.

"Oh I guess you found my gift." 

"Gift? these are gifts I didn't give you money to ruin it on these cars." I said

"Rose shut up. You need this and I am not ruining them. Now drive and go to your office. Let me sleep." He said hanging up

"So?" Sawyer said

" Audi," I said smiling

We settle init two cars of guards were following us. I am not used to this all stuff but I have to bear it. Soon we were in the office. There were only Victor's portraits. Many were happy many were disgusted. We went to the top floor where was father's office used to be. When I went inside everything was changed. Well, I was angry but I didn't let anyone see. 

" This is Sophia she will be your secretary," Danny said.

"Hello mam." She said smiling.

"Hi, Sophia." nice to meet you.

"Sophia can you just through all these Victor stuff out please? I need interior designer in 10 minutes." I said

"Yes mam just let me call them." She said going out.

"It seems you are in action," Peter said smiling.

"Yes now if I am in charge everything needs to be my way," I said smiling

" Danny I want everything related to Victor out. I want my father's portraits back. " I said

"Consider it done." He said and called a few people.

"Board members will be here in half-hour," Peter told me.

Everything was out of my father's room. Next to my room was another office which I gave to Danny. Interior designers were here. I told them How I want everything and told them to arrange it in one hour. I told Sophia to get ready for the board room. Once they were here we went inside. Everyone was looking at me like I am an alien.

" You guys may have known. Miss Rosalie Whit and Benjamin Whit are alive. Since there parents' death. As Victor is no more. Miss Whit is taking back her father's position." Peter said.

" We don't know her. She has no experience. We can't let her be Ceo." Mr. Issac said.

" Mr.Issac is right. We agree with him." All of them said

"Well I respect you as board member but let me remind you. This all belong to me. This business is by my father and even if you don't agree. I will still be Ceo." I said in a cold voice.

"Ms.Whit there are no proof. Moreover Everyone will vote for me." Mr.Issac said

"Well Mr. Issac we have proof fo my inheritance. Moreover, if you are trying to take over on our business it's not happening." I said and Peter passed the copies.

"So as you all have seen. I am the new Ceo and for Mr.Issac I am excluding from our board." I said 

"You can't do this. You have no rights." He said in anger smashing the table and standing up.

"Well Mr. Issac. This business belongs to me. I am the biggest shareholder here. I can do anything I want. I will not any one of you take this from us. " I said looking at them.

" I have lots of work to do. This meeting is adjourned. I will see the rest of you  in the next meeting." I said and left.

Danny Peter and Sawyer were surprised by me. Peter said he is now relieved that I can handle everything by my self. I told him to go back to New York and start looking for a perfect land to build our new Headquater there. It's been 2 weeks everything is under my control. I have fired a few snakes in my company. Many of my employees are old so it's easy to work with them as they know my father. 

We have started our new projects. Our company is hitting the stock market. Board members are happy now. Issac tried to make me fall but he couldn't and now he is in jail. Now it's time to go public. Everyone is curious to know who is the new Ceo of Whit enterprises. Ben has selected the land near our bakery. 

Architects are working with me on final designs for our building. We are starting a new project for an electric plant for which lots of companies are sending us a proposal. One of them is Ethan's. 

knock...knock

"Come in," I said

"Mam they are here," Sophia said.

"Okay ask Danny to meet them first. I will be there soon." I said smiling.

After a few minutes. I went to a meeting room and when I walked in Nick was shocked. I simply set it into my head chair.

" So let's start" I said with a serious face.

" Rose?" He said in shock

"Mr.Anderson can you hurry up please I have more work to do," I said coldly.

I know he was hurt by my reaction but I can't let him get close to me. I can't feel that pain again. Thank God he started his presentation. No doubt their plan was good than others. I asked a few questions which he answered easily. 

"Thankyou Mr.Andreson we will let you know," I said 

" Ms.Whit can we talk?" He asked

" Mr. Anderson I am busy. " I said leaving the room.

I was back in my office. I was telling Danny to let them know we are ready to work with them. Get papers ready. When someone burst inside my office. Swayer was holding him and dragging him. It was Nick

"Rose just 5 minutes please." He said

"Okay leave us alone," I said and Danny, Swayer left.

"Have a seat. What will you like?" I asked

" I don't need anything. Just tell me what happened?" He asked

" Didn't he told you?" I asked looking in his eyes.

"You have changes Rose," he said 

" Yes I have. " I said standing from my seat walking towards glass wall.

"Please Rose tell me. I am not taking his side. If you want I will not even tell him I met you." he said

"Nick I am sorry. I know it's not your fault. I am surprised he didn't tell you." I said looking out.

"Rose I really don't know. When Ben came to beat him. I got to know he did something to you but he is not telling anything."

"What? When Ben went to him?" I asked in shocked

"The day you guys left. He came to the office. He was asking him what has happened but he didn't tell him."

This boy. I was shaking my head in defeat. 

"Nick I called him to the river to tell him I am in love. I thought he liked me." I said in a depressed voice.

"Rose," He said hugging me

" I told him and he said I can't love him and he left. I tried to stop him but he was gone. I also know his truth." I said 

"What? What truth?" He asked

" I know he is a monster. I saw him changing." I told him with tears.

"You saw him when?" He asked

" First I saw him when I was shot but that day. When Grey I mean that wolf came after Ethan left. I wanted to hug him but he didn't so I run back towards home. my phone was fallen on ground. So I had to go back. That time I saw him change into a human. I was not scared. I wanted to tell him. I even walked to him but he said he doesn't want me." I told him sobbing 

" Oh rose I am really sorry. He has done this to you." Nick said holding me

"Nick I don't know when I fell in love with him but he said he doesn't want me to be in his life. I love him even he is a monster but knows I will never go back to him." I said

"Rose there is something you don't know." He said

"What?" I asked

" He is a werewolf. I am also like him." Nick said and my world collapsed

"Are you serious?" 

"Rose you are his mate. You are our Luna." He said

"Luna? What do you mean?" I asked

" Rose I will tell you everything but now I have to go." he said

"Okay Nick but don't tell him any of this." I said

"Don't worry. I will meet you at dinner if possible" He said

"Sure visit my home." I said smiling

"Okay text me the address and I will meet you." he said
