Kalayaan's POV
"What happened?" Sphinxx asked me when we were in the car.
I just sighed before smiling sadly at him so he looked at me worriedly.
"It's just that I feel like things are slowly changing and it's all my fault..." I said softly so he ruffled my hair just to make me feel better.
"Things are bound to change. Nothing stays the same for long," he told me. What he said calmed my heart.
I just smiled before keeping my eyes on the road. My cousin and I talked calmly after their walk out. I also chose to believe them because they are my family and they lie to me only occasionally.
