"What? Do you believe it now?” Aling Marites asked me while I got the pepper.
"I don't think I can trust your words, Aling Marites. I'm going home. Thank you.” I just smiled at them before I continued walking back home. I also just get the vegetables that Mang Kaloy gave me.
"Thank you po!" I even smiled so he just shook his head.
"I should be the one saying thank you to you that even though you married a rich man, you still haven't forgotten us," Mang Kaloy said so I almost choked on my saliva. I just smiled awkwardly. I'm not hiding it. Everyone was already aware of that although Sphinxx always wears casual clothes and looks like a normal person. Well, even in his office, he is rarely formal. His Grandfather couldn't tell him either because he was too hard-headed.
