Episode # 10

Episode # 10:-

“Why you went to that shop?” Asher asked while sitting beside her and kissed above her head. Sky, who heard this, got up with a jerk, and while slapping her forehead, she went towards the shopping bags kept there. Asher shopped for her too much that it took her 10 minutes to search for her required shopping bag.

Half of the floor of their room covered with the shopping bags. And all of them were almost of the same colours. Skylar in the excitement of buying something for Asher didn’t read the name of the shop.

“I went to buy these for you,” Skylar said nervously and passed the bag to him. Asher, being excited, took the bag from her hands and took out the T-shirts. “Wow, they are cool Sky, thank you, sweetheart,” Asher said and kissed her cheek.

He, being an excited kid, starts checking the T-shirts. He genuinely liked them because one, Skylar bought those for him and 2nd the material of the T-shirts were good.

Sky’s face turned red, Asher who saw this chuckled a little and kept the T-shirts back in the bag. He was putting them back, when suddenly he felt something else in the shopping bag. Asher, with a frown on his face, put his hand in the bag and brought something out.

“These…, are your earring, isn’t it?” Asher asked while showing her something in his hands. Skylar frowned a little after seeing her earrings because after selling them only she purchased T-shirts for Asher. Then how come they are in the bag?

“How come they are here?” Sky said while taking the earrings from his hands. “What do you mean by, how come they are here?” Asher asked, being confused.

Sky who heard him becomes nervous, and while shaking her head said, “Ooo, I forgot, I only take them out as they were itchy,” Skylar said with a nervous smile. Asher, who was already looking towards her, becomes suspicious and said,

“The truth, Sky,” the tone in which he said made Skylar gulped her saliva, and while looking towards her feet, she told him everything.

“The girl who is the Alpha’s daughter is purchasing things after selling her belongings,” Asher said in his mind to Alex, and both felt sad after thinking about this thing. That was the worst feeling for any mate that for them their other half is selling their belongings.

“Soon we will find about everything, and then we will make sure, that our mate will never think about doing such things, again,” Alex said to Asher who nodded in agreement and turned his gaze towards Skylar who was staring at her feet.

“There is no need to get embarrassed, Skylar. Your intentions were not wrong, but I will never want you to sell your things for purchasing things for me. My money and everything, which is mine, is yours. You know I’ll be more than happy if you will ask me next time, as you have a right on me and my everything, more than anyone else in this entire world” Asher said, and while keeping a hand under her chin, he tilted her face towards him.

“Don’t do these much things for me. I don’t deserve all this. I’m afraid that one day you will be snatched from me and again I’ll be left alone,” Skylar said in a whisper with teary eyes. Asher, who heard this, shook his head and stepped closer to her. Skylar’s forehead was touching his chest. Asher held her from shoulders and gave a tight kiss above her head.

“You don’t have any idea that what more you deserve, and the other thing about leaving you, then listen and listen to me carefully, Sky. Hell will freeze if someday I have to leave you. I’ll prefer death over leaving you alone, and that’s my promise,” he said, and while giving a chaste kiss on her forehead, he stepped backwards. 

(Skylar had no words to say, day by day this person standing, in front of her, is getting successful in making the deepest place in her heart. Every day, his respect was increasing day by day in her eyes.

He never used any cheesy words, nor he did any unusual thing. It was only his caring nature which was attracting her towards him.)

“So shall we see our shopping?” Asher said while changing the topic. On which Skylar came in her senses and nodded her head. On seeing this, Asher becomes excited, and turns towards the bags kept on the floor.

The Skylar looked down towards the earrings in her hand and become confused after seeing them. She could not decipher that how they came back to her.

Asher showed her entire shopping again, and later they together set her things in the wardrobe. The day Skylar came in his life, that day itself, Asher emptied the other half of his wardrobe for her. He was having a massive walk-in closet.

Asher helped her in organizing her things, including her all the necessities. Skylar was feeling embarrassed when she saw Asher was organizing her inner wears, but Asher showed nothing and like an obedient boyfriend helped her.

Somewhere far away from them:-

“Why you took a risk in putting those earrings back in her bag?” Amelia asked Adrian, who was sitting on the trunk of a tree and gazing at the setting sun. Adrian, who heard her, took a deep breath and without turning his face towards her said,

“She suffered enough now she will not live like the way she used to live. She is the Alpha’s daughter and the mate of the strongest Alpha. So now she will live the life which she deserves, not the one in which she felt only pain, extreme pain,” he said and left after some time saying nothing further.

Flashback:-

Adrian didn’t leave the mall; he had an eye on both Asher and Skylar. He was there when Sky was selling her earrings to buy T-shirts for Asher. He felt a pang of pain in his heart after seeing this, and the moment Skylar left, he went towards the shopkeeper and purchased those earrings back.

The person who banged into Skylar in the parking lot was Adrian. Adrian was following them, and when he saw her alone, he intentionally banged into her, and while picking her bag, he kept the earrings in the bag. He so wanted to talk to her, but he knew it would be dangerous, that’s why he left from there immediately.

Flashback ends.

Present:-

“I hope Adrian, soon you’ll be able to meet her, as I can’t you like this anymore,” Ame, said sadly, while seeing his retreating figure.

Third Person’s POV:-

He woke up from his sleep, and a frown came on his face after seeing his surroundings. He was lying on the ground full of greenery around him. He got up from the ground and looked around. It was night, but because of the bright moonlight and his werewolf vision, he could see everything. 

“Where I am?” he murmured and took steps forwards. He was walking and looking all around for a way; he tried to mind-link his pack members but didn’t get any answer. He tried to use his power, but nothing worked.

“Sky must be worried for me,” he said and started looking around for a way to go back. “Don’t worry child, nobody knows that you are here,” a voice came from behind him on which he turns around with a jerk.

There in front of him was standing a lady. The surrounding of that lady illuminated with a bright light, and she was looking towards him with warm expressions and a kind smile.

“Moon Goddess?” he said, and within a second, he bends on his knee to give her regards. “Get up my child, the King of Werewolves don’t have to bend in front me,” Moon Goddess said and made him stand while holding him from his shoulders.

“King of werewolves?” He said with a confused face. “You will come to know everything with time, my child,” Moon Goddess said while cupping his face with her one hand.

“For now, I’m here to tell you that soon you will come to know everything about your mate. There are many things which will disclose but remember never leave each other hand, my child. People will come to separate you both, but it will your love only towards each other, which will give you the strength to fight against all the odds,” Moon Goddess said with a warm smile.

“When will I come to know about her everything? I want to heal her, but I’m not getting anything,” he said in a helpless tone.

“The one who is born to rule the world, shouldn’t have this helplessness in his tone, my child. Have patience, but remember my words, always keep your eyes and mind open,” Moon Goddess said.

“But…,” he opened his mouth to say something, but before that only Moon Goddess vanished from there.

“Moon Goddess?” he called her again and started finding her around.

Asher…,

Asher…,

“Asher, wake up,” he woke up with a jerk when he felt someone shaking him badly. He looks around with an uneven breath and found himself in his bedroom, not in that grassy ground.

“What happened?” he heard a voice on which he turns his face and found Sky sitting beside him on her knees, and having her hand on his shoulder.

She had concerned expressions on her face; Asher kept staring at her face and remembers the dream which he saw. Moon Goddess’s words were still ringing in his ear.
