Chapter 7
My arrival back at our flat was met with a surprising turn of events. When I walked in, Mark met me at the door, took me in his arms and danced me around the great room! As we danced, he brought me up to date on the progress of his venture.
After a complete review of his business plan with Coco, she and her team gave it a rousing thumbs up. He exclaimed, “She checked out the interested investor to make sure they are credible and it showed that they were a good bet. Her lawyer will incorporate my company, formulate the founders stock package and help me negotiate the investment deal. Once the deal is finalized, we can launch the startup phase of our plan!”
“That’s fabulous Mark. Should we celebrate?”
“Let’s hold off; I don’t want to jinx the deal.”
