23 ROMAN Touching ground that morning, my heart raced, knowing that I would see Brynn very soon. The weather had been against us for a bit, making me wonder if we were going to get to land in Jakarta at all. Thankfully, the pilot was an expert and weaved around to bypass the storms he saw on the weather radar.
