Badass Princess

Kourtney’s POV “Huhh finally, I am finished.” I said to my boss who also happens to be my good friend as I slopped on the couch nearby. John Perrie is my boss but I value him more as my friend and he feels the same for me. He never treated me as one of his employees. I still remember the first time I walked through this office’s door. I always had a passion for fashion but never got the chance to pursue it freely. I wasn’t even sure to get accepted but here I am designer for the world’s top selling brand. Perrie helped a lot in the process along with my best friend J or Jenna. J is what I call her. She also works with me but as receptionist. Anyway here I am helping my boss in winding up some work left for the fashion show next week. “Thank you Mon Amie, now you can go home. You really saved me a lot of energy.” Jean Perrie replied back pulling me out of my reverie. “I know, I know I am the best employee and friend you ever got. Huhh….” I said flipping my hair back. I looked at my boss and we both started to laugh.  “That you are sweet heart, the best...”Perrie looked at me lovingly. Before anyone gets any ideas Perrie is gay. Who never leaves the chance to flirt with handsome guys but on top he has a heart that cared for everyone. Most of all he is a talented designer with whom people dream to work including me.  “Awww thank you Perrie. Now this deserves a hug.” I said and gave him a hug.  “Sniff.. Now will you make me cry? Sniff..” He said sniffling a bit, more like faking it. “Haha now come on my drama queen don’t fake it, haha.” I said while laughing. “By the way you know Mon Amie, I really couldn’t have done this without you today. Thank you or else I thought I'll just .. Phoof.” Perrie said gesturing in the air with his hand.  “Awww, no problem at all Perrie you can ask for help anytime and no need thanking me, that’s what friends are for. Oh I mean employee and friends.” I said with a smirk and he rolled his eyes. "By the way you know you should find a handsome guy and start dating. You are getting old." I said while holding my laugh. I took a glance at him and caught him blushing. "Awww now you are blushing, so cuuutttee." I awed at him with a big smile and he turned deep crimson. "Oh shut up, stop messing with me. Why don't you focus more on you missy?" he replied while trying to his his blushing face. "Yeah nice try for diversion but phlleease I am not interested even the slightest bit in dating stuff. I mean eww." I said making a disgusted face and Perrie laughed out loud. "And why is it ewww?" He asked bashing his eyebrows at me with a smirk. "Because .. umm .. you know .. it's so cheesy and I don't do cheesy stuff." I said while shrugging. I glanced at him and he was still giving me that stupid smirk of his. "What? stop looking at me like that ughh..." I said giving him a glare. "Okay easy girl, geez .. no need to go all ballistic now." He said but still holding a laugh back. I gave him another glare and he raised his hands quitting the teasing. “Now, it’s all done ... Finallyyy.” I said pressing more on the last word. "Yes, now all done. You can leave first babe. I'll leave after locking the office." he said while looking for his keys. “Fine, I am really tired now. I will be taking a long, very long nap.” I said stretching my stained muscles. “Okay, see you tomorrow then babe.” he said as I picked my finely embroidered leather jacket. "Okay hon see you tomorrow then." I said and left the office. On my way home I thought about everything that happened in my life till now. A sigh left my lips thinking about my stay here in Charles which is short now that the fashion show is just in a few weeks. I sighed again going over all that I have to do after I return to Gardenia. Yes I am from a different kingdom, I just came here to fulfil my dream being a designer which I am now. There was utter silence on the streets, not a single soul around. There was no sound other than the clicking of my boots. I glanced at my outfit.  I wore black shimmery skinny pants with light chains surrounding the hips paired with an ocean blue top with a white short jacket. I paired my outfit with knee length high heel boots. Being a designer I only wear outfits designed by me designs so yes this is one of them.    I was snapped out of my thoughts with an immense sound of horning and fast speed limos rushing all at once in the same direction. Ugh stupid rich morons, who horns continuously on an almost deserted street? I glanced for a moment to see where the cars rushed but then turned and ignored the sight of them as I went on my way silently enjoying the cool breeze that was cupping my face and playing with my beautiful blonde hair. I had slightly wavy hair and a slim figure. After few minutes I was in front of my door.                         ...................................................................................... Third Person POV After Kourtney left on her way, the flashy limos headed towards the royal palace of Charles. Seated in each car was the princes of the great seven kingdoms. They including every noble of the city were headed to attend the grand royal ball arranged by the very honorable Lord Mitchelles of Charles in honor for them to be announced as crown princes of their kingdoms. It was said that Lord Michael had much authority over the other kingdoms and also is respected by kings and nobility all around other kingdoms. Today he invited his favorite princes of the seven kingdoms who are the future kings to celebrate with him and deliver their speeches to their subjects.  The limos stopped right at the entrance of the palace. Various other noblemen and women including all famous figures were also walking in the palace. As the princes stepped out of their limos they caught everyone's attention especially women who were swooning over their presence. Papaprazzi was all around them. Flashes going on and on, then they entered the palace.
