Chapter 7When Ezra and Nicky finally arrived, their clothes were disheveled. Nicky had his hands shoved into his front pockets, and Ezra walked practically shoulder-to-shoulder with him. Both were glowing. Nicky slinked into the tan car. Ezra addressed the rest of them. “Time to go. We leave in ten.” Before he could retreat as well, Cameron slid himself between him and the vehicle. He put his hands on Ezra’s chest. Ezra kissed him. “Hello there.” “How’d it go?” He laughed. “Fantastic.” “You and Nicky…got together?” He knew it was true, but he had to ask.
