  Epilogue With Cameron’s horse no longer an option, they rigged both Kenna and Yuuki’s animals to the wagon. The women would sit with the three men instead of riding. It was a change of pace, but the journey would be especially arduous on horseback, and Cameron knew they would appreciate the fire pit. It took a few days to recover from Kenna and Cameron’s final mission, and two more to gather the supplies they would need. They were sad to see him and the others go, but they took comfort in knowing their town and its people would be safer because of the work the group did.
