I woke up early to make sandwiches and set up the perfect spot for our picnic date. I released a sigh of relief when she said yes. Otherwise, all of my efforts would be in vain.
But I didn't have to worry about a thing as Sadie liked me way more than she let on. It made me laugh when she played hard to get because it was obvious she was faking it. I could tell by the way she reacted when I kissed her.
