Chapter 16: Finding Tape/More Answers

I left Joseph on his own, the grand stair was very quiet so I quietly went up the posh stair case to Marie’s room my back is very sore with the whips she gave me but I can’t think of that now there is another life at stake here. I got to her room and knocked on the door and waited, no answer so I slowly opened the door and peaked my head through, couldn’t see her so I quickly got in and shut the door quietly check the bath room if she was there or not, not here so I got to work. I opened the drawers  looked under the clothes, the wardrobe, her desk even her bed, but then I checked her travel case, there it is had Joseph s*x Tape on it I heard footsteps so I had to think very quickly so  crawled to the bed and went under it luckily the bed sheets cover the bottom as I would be dead if she caught, I know she wants me dead when she finds that file, my memory is coming to me I can see all the flash backs in my head and made me smile but after age 13 I was so depressed and low is this what she wanted? I thought to myself I didn’t do jack s**t to her whatsoever, the door opened and I clenched my mouth, I saw her very expensive heels walking towards her desk “Don’t worry b***h you will get what’s coming to you I will have all your money which that i***t of a father thought to hide it from me, Saphira you b***h you took my life away it should have been me marrying Hector not you all those years ago but don’t worry your disgusting s**t of a daughter will be with you  very soon”, what the f**k that darn b***h I have to keep quiet until she leaves, she looked at forms on her desk then walked to the door and left.

As the steps got faded away I called from under the bed and slowly opened the door, I peaked my head out again and there was no one. I quickly grabbed my cardigan looked massive on me but I need to hide the tap, I went down the hall minding my own business I know I am being watched due to the cameras and I am not looking forward to Elijah’s punishment plan either, I went down the staircase to the basement and then the stairs, Joseph still sitting there sipping water he looked up as I was coming down the stairs “did you find it? He said dryly “yes I did and she is defiantly going to kill me when she gets this file,  “I heard from that the old will might be in there” “what old will” I said confused “I heard that she forced his Lawyer to change it make it all go to her but the original was you father left everything to you” he said, I looked in shock all that money she spending it like it’s going out of fashion “can you walk?” “just about but would need help if we are going to be quick” he said then gulping down his water “good let’s get going” I offered him my shoulder and he took it, we went up the stairs, I checked if it was all clear and it was, we started heading to the kitchen and get out that way as we got the kitchen I saw Eliza and Andrea talking then looked at me, I was very out of breath taking most of Joseph weight “WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING BABE” Eliza shouted at me “I am saving this guy’s life I already had a mouth full from Elijah and I know that I am going to get punished for it but I don’t care at this time, Maria must not know about this as if she does she is going to kill ME!,  she is the reason that this guy is in this mess I need to get him OUT!” “Why babe what happened?” “Joseph is going to be dad and won’t go in details  but his wife would be a single mother with his unborn child if he stays here, I can’t allow that I didn’t even met my mum and only dad before he died when I was 13 so who’s going to help me or I am going to drive myself” I said in angry tone. Andrea looked up at me and staring at me for a good 5 mins, then he said “I will take him, Elijah will have a fit if you leave” he said “I don’t trust you Andrea stay back “Princess look I am very loyal person and still am loyal to Hector especially his daughter princess” Eliza looked clueless and I looked up in shock “what did you just say” I said “we don’t have time he needs to see someone and I know who don’t worry he will be safe” Andrea said.

“he must be somewhere where Maria can’t find him” Eliza said “your right there Eliza and I know just the place and Crystal got brought up their” I thought for minute then it hit my old fathers house “I thought that place got sold I said “actually it’s in your name princess he changed it before that b***h arrived he loved that house he won’t sell he made out that he sold it princess”. Then I know who Andrea was he was my father’s main man and he looked after me when my father went to meetings, I sat Joseph down and gave him a big hug then he kissed me on the cheeks “I have missed you princess been such a long time” I nodded then I cried, flinched at the same time due to my sore back “don’t worry sweetie he and his wife will be well taken care of there and when it’s all over he will be even more happy” I stepped away from him and nodded he walked to Joseph and helped him up  I gave him quick hug and goodbye and watched from the back entrance of the kitchen and watched Andrea and Joseph head off in the distance. Eliza looked at me told me to go bed as I looked like s**t, went to my room and locked the door behind me crashed down on the bed and fell into a deep sleep.

Lorenzo

I have heard lots of commotion today from the guards and Elijah  was so angry at Crystal of she did but she stood her ground and did what she thought was right just like her mother she would be so proud of her, Andrea came in earlier today and told me the whole thing he knew it was Crystal Saunders when he first saw her but he could have been wrong, I explained to him the plan and he was so furious about all that happened many years ago, he wanted to kill Maria but I persuaded him not to I told him the plan and he is going to go on with it. Twins have not sussed it out, yet they will be so happy to get their princess back after all these years. Me and the private doctor was standing outside of Eliza and Crystal’s room I got the key and unlocked the door very quietly not to disturb them sleeping, it was 1:30am and they both were fast asleep. We tiptoed to her bed, pretty as ever, the doctor got his bag out and quietly took the items he needs out. She was laying on her left side which made it quite easy for us. The doctor took her right arm lightly and dabbed the area then took the syringe and blood bottle I held small torch near the vein so he won’t miss it the needle went in then Crystal winced in pain but then stopped and slept again, the doctor has got enough blood from her and place the blood bottle in his bag he dabbed her arm and slowly placed her arm down, he turned round and saw some dry blood stains on the bed sheets, he took a closer look “Lorenzo she has been whipped and by the looks of it a  few times” the doctor said I looked over and there it was 6  raw lines on her back but there was more, there was 4 scars on her back I pulled the quilt off slowly and there was more scars on her back legs, I was left in shock and made my blood boil, “I need to treat them but she will wake up and so will Eliza  so I will have to give them both a small drug as they are a sleep already “Do it” I said I was so angry I know my sons would never to this to women it has to be that b***h, I notice now that when she is here Crystal changes and then when she leaves the mansion she is fine again. I watched as the doctor gave them a drug each and got to work on my poor princess back “I have failed you dear friend please forgive me” I said in a whisper. The doctor was finished “I will get the results tomorrow boss” “good work doctor” I wrote a note and placed it on the side then we be both left them to have a nice sleep.
