Date

Hearing a knock at the door, I make my way to open it to find Caden stood wearing a shirt and black jeans, he looks good but nothing compared to him in short, you could see what he hiding below in them. Moving aside Caden walks in and I take the chance to have a good look at his behind and it's impressive 

"You look beautiful" Caden say kissing my cheek handing me some flowers, as I look at the flowers I grab a vase out the cupboard and place them in there with some water 

"Thank you, you don't half scrub up well" I respond with a polite smile but I'm dying to ask where we going but a part of me know he won't tell me as men like to keep secrets. 

"Should we go? I have a car downstairs" I follow Caden out the door after looking up, I can't believe how close we have gotten in those two weeks, I am really going to miss him when I get deployed, maybe I should tell him what I really do but everyone looks at me differently when I tell them I'm a sniper, it's like I'm a killer or something but I'm not. I save more life's then I take

Making it too his car Caden opens the door for me, what a gentleman, I slide in the passenger seat ready for him to climb in the drivers. As we drive to our destination. Looking out the window I'm trying to figure out where he's taking me but honestly I have no clue

"Where we going?" I ask looking at him while he try's to drive, it's honestly adorable How focus he is on the road 

"Are you always this curious?" I hear him laugh and It was a deep chuckle, rolling my eyes at his comment I turn my head back to the window trying to put the piece together 

"If your not going to tell me, could you at least tell me if I'm dress appropriate?" I ask playing with the bottom of my dress, I think I look ok but I'm not sure as you know us girls need a little more boosting up

"Your beautiful, stop worrying" I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. Talking to Caden has been fun he's very sweet and gently which is adorable however he's completely different in the bedroom. 

Pulling up to a little restaurant by the ocean I'm amazed by the view that I didn't notice Caden walking round to open the door for me, taking his head Caden leaves me inside to a table by a window with the ocean view. I definitely didn't expect him and honestly it's perfect. I don't do many dates with my job but this is by far the best one I went on and I can't wait for where it leads. After the meal I expect it to be over but I didn't expect to be taken on a walk on the beach so close to the ocean. I have taken my shoes off letting the cold water wash over them, I am definitely enjoying the night that I don't want it to finish. 

"You are the first girl ever I bought here or anywhere" I hear him admit and I feel lucky to be the first. My girl was correct when I labelled him a man w***e but I can already see him challenging which is adorable 

"Your sweet. I don't go on many dates either. Always too busy" I return the truth earning a smile from Caden, I guess we are both busy that it was easy to just mess around. Stepping close to Caden I lean in and he follows. Kissing him has been magical that I can't explain, it was heated with dominant on his side like he doesn't like me leading. Reaching home after the date Caden follows me into my apartment, I don't normally do the nasty on the first date the chemistry is there too late to deny. 

Caden pov

I wanted to do something meaningful for Laura she was the first women in a while that I have liked a lot, after my first heartbreak I promise myself that I wouldn't open myself up to another heartbreak but with Laura it's so easy, she's different and I like it. I could definitely see myself and her in the future together I only wished that she would like that also.

The beachside restaurant was something that I though would be romantic apart from the waitress hitting on me it went perfect, I learnt so much about Laura, I know nurses are always busy but I'm glad she makes time to see me. Laura is a free spirited which I quite like, we both have a busy life that I hope this will work. The walk by the ocean wasn't planned but it worked with both of us taking our shoes off, I didn't want it to take it to the next stage on our first date to I tried to be a gentleman however Laura went in for a kiss and I couldn't disappoint but I'm not letting her lead. Once the date finished I plan to drop Laura off and head home, walking her to her front door I didn't expect for her to pull me in, it was like she was kissing me goodbye, it was a kiss full of passion so I picked her up and led her to the bedroom and one thing led to another. 

Waking up to Laura in my arms was something I could definitely get used to, I like it which is shocking as I was always a f**k and chuck never spooning but it was different with Laura. Not wanting to move I place a kiss on Laura forehead but she has different ideas and gets out of bed with nothing on and walks to the bathroom, I didn't realise I was following till I walked in the bathroom and got in the shower with her. This time it was just a shower which was relaxing I never felt to calm and relax in a while. Wrapping a towel round Laura I head downstairs to make some coffee and breakfast before I leave for work, I always work on the weekend because I know it's when I get my work done. Pouring the coffee in the mugs I start to scramble the egg with the toast in the toaster, I can cook but she doesn't seem to have much food in which isn't surprising as I'm guessing she's never home. Finishing up Laura timed it perfect as I slide her the breakfast and take a seat next to her 

"You didn't have to do this? I could of grabbed something at my mother" I hear her say and now I know where she always goes for food and I know you can never beat your mother cooking as I enjoy mine 

"I wanted to, however you don't have much food in the house so I cooked something simple" I answer, as she's chewing down on the food i start drinking my drink, I'm lucky to have spare clothes around her or I'll be heading home doing the walk of shame 

"Never here honestly" I knew it, she's always working or at her parents, I should of guess that be where she is. Kissing her goodbye I head to work wanting to finish the paperwork that is on my desk before money. 

Laura pov 

Watching Caden go I knew I should of told him but I couldn't bring the courage to, I shouldn't of bought him in my messed up world, it's too dangerous for me to have someone with the line of work. I love what Connor has achieved with having a family in the army but if he gets killed then what happens. He leaves his partner and child behind. Thinking about all the possibilities I start to tried up before saying my finally goodbyes to my family, I hope they won't be too upset to watch me go.
