Chapter Nineteen

Samael bring her back to bed and lie her down pulling the duvet over her body he take the string of hair away from her face letting her be more comfortable

A little worried he decide to stay beside her and watch over her till she wakes up

It was a little risk casting that spell on her since she is lacking energy after losing it to protect him earlier, if he hadn't been careful enough she might have all her memories erased

But why is her ears pierced? He wondered staring down at her lobules trying to figure out why and how

In his curiosity to know he reach out his hands and touch the pierced area giving it a gentle stroke is that why they have the big shinning thing called earrings? He wondered again still stroking both ears

Shaina who is sleeping unaware of what he's doing grab his left hand in a sub-conscious state and pull it for a hug letting herself cuddle it like some teddy bear

He is force to get closer to her as she pull his arm much in to feel comfortable cuddling it but the more she pulled the close Samael is force to be

His face stares an inch away from her and he could not move away having his arm trapped

Shaina move her lips like she's murmuring something and he lean his ear close to her lips to hear what's she's saying but her lips brush through his ear instead making him feel a little nervous at the contact.

Did I just feel nervous at a human female's touch? He wondered and chuckle a little

"Are you getting fascinate by a human?"

Samael look behind him to see Nom back again in a different female form he give a nonchalant gaze and look away from him back to Shaina who is about to wake up

"Don't do anything stupid" he told Nom fixing his gaze on her

It felt like a long sleep and eyes feel too weak to open up she try to fall back to sleep instead but she just can't and force her lazy eyes to open

The first thing she sees are the beautiful eyes staring down at her, Shaina raise her hand up and try touching them

he close his eyes before her fingers could touch them and her fingers touch his eyelid instead, give it a little caress then stop when her eyes are clearly open

She stop the caress and take her hands away trying to stand up but hit her forehead on his chest in the haste

"Ouch" she cried

Samael who is having fun with her move back after trying not to smile at the cute act, she look up to him and give a frown

"Why were you standing so close?" She grunt at him

"You are the one who pulled me close embracing my arm and not letting go of me" he throw back and Shaina stare in disbelief at his words

There is no way she had hug him in her sleep, she didn't even any dream about the only thing she had dream about was...

Shaina sight Nom behind him and gaze at him wondering who he is, when Samael notice her staring at something else he also turn back and realize it was Nom back in a man's form

"Is he the bodyguard who saved us from the reporters?" She asked taking a guess seeing him dressed in a black suit

"Huh" Samael answered with a nod

Nom try to protest immediately but he shut him up daring him not to speak else he want to be beaten up

With a force smile Nom smile at her to confirm Samael's word.

Shaina also nod slightly as the memory of what seems to her as few minutes ago flash through her, what happened after she entered into the car seems to be blank

As she try to remember her memories went back to the kiss with Dylan and she feel herself getting fluster thinking about it

That was the first time she will ever have an intimacy with Dylan after all these years of loving him, the feelings of the kiss also rush through her and she is force to look down away from Samael in guilt feeling

She had kissed another guy when she's married to him, it feel like some great crime she shouldn't commit

but remembering her body reaction to the kiss Shaina could not help the sweet good feeling she's getting

And...her head seems to also feel heavy and her body feels like she had strained it by some hard work

Shaina try to lift her finger and manage to check her body for fever but rather than hot it's cold and whatever it's causing this make her feel like she was going to pass out any moment

She quickly reach to grab Samael's hand to ask for help but before her fingers could hold him, it lose strength and drop instead

"Hey!" Samael called sitting back on the bed

He touch her to know what's happening and realize the same thing that happened early when all her energy was drained

He glance back at Nom who quickly shook his head to deny doing anything to her, he turn back to Shaina and try to read her thoughts but it seems he might drain more energy in the process

"Why did you think this keep happening?" He asked Nom communicating telepathic since Shaina is still conscious

"Give me a little time to find out" he answered

"You need to give her some energy if you want her to survive another hour" he said before he disappears

Samael focus his eyes and mind on her then give a big sigh before letting his energy into her

But since he has dark power in him, it is difficult to pass his energy without transferring an ounce of dark energy too

He close his eyes to stop the process and disconnect his mind from hers taking a short exhale

Shaina's eyes are closed now and she struggles within herself not to lose consciousness, with a bit of energy left she took his hand between her fingers to feel some warmness

There seems to be other options than for him to get closer to her in order to give her energy without endangering her life

He took her other hand and let their fingers intertwine before leaning his face down and have his lips on her to give energy.

After feeling like her soul was about to disappear Shaina suddenly feel alive again as her bones and flesh seem to be regaining their lost energy

Her senses also come back alive and the coldness was also gone from her body, except from her lips that felt like some really frozen ice cream is placed on it

She move her lips a bit trying to grasp the taste of the ice cream and it taste like vanilla a flavor she never really liked

But this vanilla ice cream seems to taste really good at one lick and Shaina find herself wanting more of the taste, without hesitation she push in for another bite of it but resort to kissing it after.

Her lips tug more and more for it taste and she lift her head up from wherever its lying to push in for more of it

Samael froze the instant he felt her tongue on his lips and try not to be nervous but before he could regain from it, she gave him a slight bite and his body felt a strange sensation

He open his eyes to see if she's awake but her eyes remain close while her eyelash move instead, Samael wanted to close his eyes back to continue but her lips grab his lips and it feels strange but good at the same time

Of course he know what kissing means but he has never had it with anyone before neither has any lady tried the intimate act with him

He slowly close his eyes and observe the way she kisses him then when she push more in, he let himself take control of the kiss.

Her lips tastes like the berry flavour from his favorite red wine and he thirst for more taste of it but her lips also feel light and delicate that he felt a little restrain from hurting them and try not to be rough on her like the wines he drinks.

Outside, the little pictures taken of the two together are quickly exposed and many questions are asked again about the pictures and identity of the new face

The press continue to have a blast with the newest piece of information while S.V corporation faces a lot of stress from reporters trying to get in asking varieties of questions

Since they choose to remain silent without giving any word to the press, it make the matter much difficult with many headlines turning with different assumptions about what the truth is

The Dothad's also face the same situation but that only make their fame fly up high and restore back their lost stocks with the medias helping in advertising the company

Ian who couldn't find an appropriate answer to give is thrown in a dilemma of exposing the long time secret and pleasing others including his wife.
