The IncidentThey left the Chateau around eight o'clock and drove through town checking out a few places. It was Wednesday night and things were quiet. Most places were open air and they ended up stopping at a small barestaurant beside the river called the “Resto”.
The owner brought them menus, but they explained that they were just stopping by for a beer. Conner was surprised when Lyla ordered a Guinness. He didn't expect bottles of Guinness to be available in such a remote location but was happy to follow suit. Lyla explained that Guinness was one of the most popular brands of beer in the country. They sat and chatted and enjoyed the beer and peaceful evening. There were a few other patrons, mostly watching a soccer game on the TV.
