Chapter 42As they arrived at the courtyard of the high priest, the crowd was already gathering. News of the arrest of Jesus had spread. There were already over one hundred people in the courtyard, and more were arriving. It was getting cold, and several fires were burning as the people who were trying to stay warm crowded around them.
The three outsiders tried to join in with those gathering. Everyone was talking and quite excited, and they quickly found that they were starting to attract attention.
