Larry arrived early for his session. It was apparent that he had recently visited a barber and a haberdasher. His hair and beard were neatly trimmed and he had replaced his usual outfit of jeans and tee shirt with a pair of pressed khaki slacks and a blue and white stripped button-down shirt. Best of all, the grin on his face predicted his announcement of good news.
“You look wonderful, Larry. Something good must be going on.”
“Well, yes. I followed your suggestion and off I went to the gallery reception. It was just as you described. I enjoyed myself a ton. I’ve never, ever had such a good time!”
