I never realized how far I had walked with Julian because going back to the castle now seems quite far.

"Who do we have here?"

I looked ahead of me and saw a gorgeous-looking girl staring at me. Her hair was packed in a bun, and her clothes were quite a lot more than revealing. She wore a gown that's been exposed on the side and upper part. Revealing almost all her body.

Ok, but why is she even bothering herself by dressing? Why not roam naked? Hehehehe....

"Good day, Lady Alana, I'm escorting the princess back to the castle" He answered why I kept mute.

"The princess? Wait....do you mean this is the Luna's daughter? She's sure a hottie, oh my goodness!!" She exclaimed excitedly as she rushed towards me.

“Hi, Princess. I'm Alana, but I would prefer you address me as Lana" She extended her hand with a blissful smile on her face, and it all seemed too good to be true.

"I'm Aurora, I'm cool if you call me that" I accepted her handshake, watching her smile going wider and wider.

"Oh my goodness, your palm is so soft. It's a pleasure to meet you, prin…I mean, Aurora," she said, pulling away, and I nodded.

"I'm sorry, Lady Alana, but we have to get going now" The male warrior announced.

"Oh! I apologize for stopping you, Princess Aurora; I knew you looked new, so I was curious to know who you were. Now I've seen you, I will be paying a visit to the pack castle just to see you, my princess. Please continue." She bowed her head before walking past me.

I don't know how I was feeling, but I know whatever it is looks new. This blossom, a new and unfamiliar emotion settling in my heart, is all new.

I can't tell the last time anyone ever spoke this lovely and nice to me. Even when I tried to interact, I'm been pushed aside, so I literally stopped forcing feelings, but she…

She spoke all nice to me, and I'm a bit worried. I've been so used to people hating me that I can't seem to appreciate her.

"Who's she?" I asked the warrior.

"That's Lady Alana, the pack beta's daughter" He answered quickly.

"Oh!" I mouthed.

Now I see why she can visit the pack castle. And that girl, I told her to just address me as Aurora, but then she went ahead to be calling me Princess Aurora.

But she's sure a beauty, and she's way attractive.

"We're here, my princess!" He announced, and I looked up.

"Thank you very much, I truly appreciate" I said my appreciations, and he smiled faintly.

"My pleasure, my princess. Please excuse me" He bowed and turned around.

"Umm, please, what's your name?" I asked after him, and he paused.

"Killian, my name is Killian" With that, he walked away.

"Killian... A fine name for a fine guy!" I muttered before stepping inside fully.

The castle was dull, and I could tell no one was around. That means there's some deep s**t going on at the pack house.

I immediately headed to the gym house. I don't know, but I feel like I need to do some workouts more, and I should also try joining the warriors to train sometimes.

With the look of things here, if I'm not strong enough, I'm most likely to be treated roughly.

I picked up a dumbbell and started weighing it. I added another one, making it two on my right and left hand before taking it up and down.

I did it until my hands wore me out, then I dropped it and rested for a little while. Afterward, I started picking a defensive stance, training myself with the few techniques I mastered and trying to be faster with it.

Now that Cici isn't with me anymore, my abilities will be quite low. Bonnie was just an arrogant girl; that's why I could take her down. If it were any other person, I would have surely missed.

With Cici around then, she was sure lending me some of her strength even when I couldn't shift, making my abilities faster.

"Woah!! What an immense technique!"

I immediately turned to the direction of the voice, and it was Cassian leaning against the door with his eyes fixed on me.

"No, no.... it's nothing. I'm just trying to master...."

"Why don't I practice with you? So you can see how impressive your defense technique is?" He said, and I before I could say anything else, he disappeared.

Oh wait....he didn't disappear; he's using his wolf speeding abilities. I felt it, the sudden presence behind me, and I immediately turned around and blocked my face as his fist landed right on it, sending me moving backwards.

"Quite good!" He complimented.

I dropped my hands and stared at him confusedly. The punch wasn't just a minor one; it carried force, and I could still feel the pain cussing through my bones.

Then he moved again. I couldn't see anything; I couldn't feel anything, but then I flew to the other side of the room when his fist met with my rib.

"Awwww..." I winced in immense pain.

"You shouldn't have let your guard down, Princess...." He said, dusting his hands as anger spread throughout my body.

"I never said I wanted to practice with you, did I???" I yelled angrily.

"What? Are you angry at me? I was only trying to help you" He scoffed and I forced my self off the floor.

My rib was hurting very badly. I had a hunch that he isn't here to just train with me but instead to deal with me. It's more like he's angry with me about something or he has a grudge against me.

Then a thought hit me.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"Huh??"

"Your brothers, Julian and Kieran, were summoned in the courtroom for some interrogations. You're the eldest, right? Then why aren't you there?? And how did you know I was here?? Earlier, you said you were going over to Lucien's. Then why are you here, or rather, where's Lucien??" I asked all at once.

"You've sure got a lot of questions for me, Princess. Well, Lucien is fine, and I'm done helping him out. I was also summoned, but then I declined it. Because Kieran and Julian were already present in the packhouse, that's why they couldn't decline theirs. And looking for you isn't much of a problem when your scent is all over the place, and also, aren't you curious to know what the interrogation is all about?" His voice immediately turned deadly serious at the last words.

Of course I'm curious to know about it, but then I don't know who to ask. And he said my scent is all over the house.

What does he mean by that? Can he scent me?

"Aren't you, Princess?"

He immediately came so close to me, pressing me against the wall with his hands on my chin, forcing me to stare into his eyes.

"Let go of me!" I struggled to push him off, but he didn't budge.

"Just one piece of advice for you Princess, leave while you still can. Your presence alone agitates and irritates me" He spat before moving back.

I stared at him in shock and confusion. I can't believe he's the one saying such things to me. I know they aren't all nice, but I thought he was a little different.

Suddenly the jacket I wore started suffocating me. Like I couldn't breathe freely anymore. I immediately unzipped it and kept it on the nearest bench.

I turned around and noticed his eyes weren't on my face anymore. They quickly moved away when he realized I caught him staring.

"What?" I asked, narrowing my eyes.

"Nothing"

"Then why are you looking at me like that?"

"You're more distracting than I expected, Princess" He said calmly, and I frowned.

"Is that supposed to be my problem?"

"Maybe, because I don't like being distracted" He replied, his voice low.

"Who knows? Maybe your mother also distracted my father; that's why she's here," he added.

"How dare you say such things about my mother?" I asked, anger spreading through my body.

"Did I hit a nerve, Princess? If I did, then why don't you do yourself a favor and leave? Having your mother here alone is enough; now having her younger version here is something else. Now listen, I'm not like my brothers, and I will tell you straight and once. I don't like you here, and yes, all I was doing was trying to get along with you, but obviously I can't, and now seeing you all the time is becoming annoying and irritating...."

"And lastly, my brothers are sure pretentious; they also want you to leave but can't tell you. So I'm speaking on behalf of them. Take your things and leave!!!" With that, he turned around and walked out of the gym house.

I immediately fell on the floor as tears slowly left my eyes. I've been wrong all along, I thought I was at least blending in with them, but I was wrong all along.
