Jessica opened the gate and Tiffany just came in without invitation, what a boorish behavior.

But seeing her invigorated me, she looked ravishing as always. She gives me energy and honestly, I'm happy to see her. Aisshh, stop it Erika. Stop your daft thoughts about her.

Your pesky feelings for her will just lead you down. It will just hurt you and will make you miserable again. It will just lead you to dire consequences so stop it.

For once, end your stupidity and stand for yourself.

"Erika, let's go home," Tiffany said as she was about to grab me but Jessica blocked her way to me.

"No, she will stay here and she will never go back to your house," Jessica flatly said giving Tiffany a cold glare.

Tiffany was kinda different, she seemed overwrought "Please Erika... let's go home. I have to explain everything-"

Jessica interrupted her "There's nothing to explain Tiffany. She doesn't want to go back there, why are you so stubborn? You keep insisting what you want and you're not considering what Erika wants."

"I'm not talking to you Jessica so shut up," Tiffany blatantly said. She was mad at Jessica, I thought they're best friends.

Tiffany suddenly changed like that, she's really unbelievable.

Jessica laughed briefly "You're so rude," she said the obvious.

"No. You are rude," Tiffany scowled. "I'm not talking to you but you keep talking s**t. I want to talk to Erika," she retorted.

"I don't know what happen to you Tiffany but please stop this," Jessica's voice softened. She tried to hold Tiffany but the latter moved away.

"Don't touch me, you pretentious b***h," Tiffany irritably said.

Jessica looked hurt with what she said, Tiffany was being too much.

What's wrong with her? Just because Jessica helped me, she will treat her best friend like this. She's not the Tiffany I knew before. She changed a lot and apparently not for the better.

"What do you want? Is it obvious that I don't want to stay there anymore?" I asked kinda harsh.

Tiffany looked at me with her pleading eyes "Erika, let's talk please. Come with me and I'll explain everything. Please, just once more," she requested.

She wanted to talk, she could just explain it here. What if it's a trap? There's nothing to explain anyway, she got Nick. The deals off.

"You want her to come with you then you will lock her in your house and torture her again? No Tiffany, I won't let that happen again," Jessica opposed. She has a splendid gift of repartee and she's really protective over me. I like it. I feel important.

Tiffany glared at her "Shut up b***h," she taunted.

"You know... you were really furious when I saw you and you were ready to hurt Erika then now, you're acting like a good puppy to deceive her," Jessica clapped her hands sarcastically. "Nice trick my best friend."

Jessica can control her emotion unlike Tiffany. But it's a good thing, Tiffany is just being honest with her feelings. She's a crystal clear and you can easily see her mood. Nah, don't defend her! She's too much! And sometimes, some emotions needs to be kept. I argued with myself.

Tiffany ignored Jessica's remark "Please Erika... come with me."

My eyes softened, I really have a soft spot for her.

"No!" Jessica firmly said as she put her arm around my neck. "Erika will start her new life with me. She already paid for what she did to you."

"What do you mean to start her new life with you?" Tiffany asked arching her right eyebrow.

"I love Erika and I will help her to get over you," Jessica held my cheek and made me look at her then she kissed me on lips.

Gosh! She kissed me! Her lips were soft like muffin, taste like muffin. Ehh? She loves me?

Jessica pulled back staring at me as my eyes widened. I didn't know what to do, I'm nervous

Tiffany sprinted to us and shoved us apart then she pushed Jessica as the latter fell her butt on the ground.

"I knew it! You're a traitor!" Tiffany grabbed a handful of Jessica's hair. "Don't you dare touch Erika! You f*****g b***h!"

I quickly helped Jessica as I held Tiffany's hand and pulled it away "Stop it Tiffany!" I shoved her lightly then helped Jessica to stand up.

I had enough.

"Leave!" I yelled.

"Erika please... I'm begging you, hear me out," Tiffany's voice was trembling.

I looked at her and saw her teary eyes, it hurts me but she's out of her mind.

"Leave Tiffany. Leave us alone, please," I tried to calm myself down.

"Why won't you give me a chance to explain myself? I thought you love me?" Tiffany began to cry.

"Don't question my love for you! I love you but I don't want to be stupid anymore. Please you already got what you want right? You have Nick and you hurt me, you killed me inside but still, you want more? That's absurd!" I spat it out.

Tiffany shook her head "Please just this time," she said while sobbing.

"Leave and stay away from me! Stay out of my life!" I shouted roughly.

Tiffany became emotional as she just stared at me crying. She looked very hurt because of what I said.

"Is that what you really want?" Tiffany asked broken. Her voice was broken and shaky. Tears were pouring from her beautiful eyes.

I barely nodded.

Tiffany smiled, it was broken as well "Okay..." She bit her lower lip "I will leave now and I will stay away if that's what you want. I'm sorry Erika, I'm really sorry."

After she told me that, she ran away outside and it made me regret what I said. I wanted to run and follow her. Hug and kiss her. Forget all the things happened.

What a fairy tale huh? It will never happen because she doesn't love me. One sided love will never work.

I hope I will not regret this because I didn't give her a chance.

But I'm already regretting it. Geez.

"Don't worry Erika, you did what is right. Start over again and let go all of the things that hurt you. I'm here for you," Jessica held my hands and kissed the back of it.

She gave me a reassuring smile but tears commenced to fall down my face.

I should let go but I don't know how.

I need Tiffany. That's my mantra.

Oh s**t. Wait wait...

Jessica loves me?
