*Leo’s POV*
We went through everything with the guys and were just about ready to head out. I threw my head back, exhaling as I waited for Dario to hand out all the earpieces.
This was it. This was the moment that many people would meet their end. I wasn’t a religious person or anything, not that I deserved it, but I prayed. For once in my life, I prayed. Prayed for my wife, family, and guys. Prayed that at least they made it unharmed out of this.
“Leo.” Cata whispered, pulling her head off my chest. “Look at me.” She told me, forcing me to lift my head and look at her. “Everything will be alright. You have to believe it, babe.”
“I know.” I lied to her. What else was I going to say? I had a feeling some shīt was going to happen, but this had to end today, whether we liked it or not
