The boy moved silently down the long, dimly lit hallway, his bare feet padding softly on the cold, cracked tiles. His slight figure was eerily calm in the surrounding chaos. The distant sounds of screams and gunfire echoed through the building, but they seemed distant, like a faint hum in the back of his mind. His psychic abilities kept him shielded, a cloak of invisibility wrapped around him, making the flesh eaters utterly unaware of his presence.
