Rogues

Chapter 4

At the Shade moon pack, Alpha Bella sat with her council consisting of four elders with her Beta and Gamma.

"Are you sure of what you are doing" Olive, one of the elders asked with much concern, ever since she was made the Alpha, she had always made sure that the pack was in safe hands.

"Yes, I am very sure" Bella confirmed with boldness, the alliance between the Shade moon pack and the Peak moon pack was a good deal but Olive thought that she didn't have to accept being the Luna of the Peak moon pack.

"Look, I know that you are doing this for the pack but you don't have to sacrifice your happiness for us. We are more than okay with you as the Alpha" Olive interrupted yet again, he had been taken care of Bella after the tragic death of her parents, the former Alpha and Luna, right now she was making the biggest decision of her life, he wished that she wasn't walking into chaos.

"I stand with Olive, we can think of another way" Gamma Thomas added.

Bella stared at them with loving eyes, they were just like her family and they cared so much for her.

"We are the strongest pack in the west coast but our enemies still lurk around waiting for a chance to attack, we cannot give them that way, and what better way to make it happen except by making an alliance with the strongest pack in the east" she said.

"What if you find your mate" Algon an elder asked,

"Well, if he is an Alpha, then that would be much better. We could rather create an alliance with his pack instead but since that is not the case, we have to deal with what we have" she replied holding her hands firm together. Bella was certain to put the pack first before herself, it was something her father taught her to do.

"Well, her mind is already made up, there is nothing we can do" Beta Deon said slouching on his chair gazing into open space.

"Why do I feel like you want to get rid of me" she asked pointing it out seriously,

"Never, I am against this too but there is nothing I can do to persuade you" he answered defending himself.

"Then it is settled, we will leave in three days, so get all the formalities ready" she stated.

Bella felt scared a bit for her decision but there was nothing she could do, there was no going back now.

"Alpha we are under attack" A guard yelled through the mind-link.

"Who the hell would dare to attack our pack" she yelled back.

"Rogues" the guard replied before the mind-link went dead, he had been killed.

Bella walked to the balcony and could see masses of rogues attacking the pack wolves.

"He would dare to attack my pack" Bella referred to Zedek, she had heard about him and hated him so much for wasting a lot of packs and people's lives.

Her eyes met a man who pointed at her and made a killing gesture to her, she frowned and jumped down ready to fight.

Levi ran to her but was knocked out by a brown wolf, Beta Deon had seen him approaching their Alpha and he couldn't let any harm come to her.

Bella watched the fight between her pack and the rogues, she was impressed by how good her warriors were defending themselves.

Zedek could be seen walking through the battle but when he got to the center, he was struck with the most intoxicating scent, his gaze fell upon a beautiful woman with black long hair, blue eyes, and a fierce look on her face stared at him.

"Mate" Fenrir purred in his head, he had found his mate and he was super excited, Zedek stared at her without moving a muscle, she was all that mattered to him, he didn't care about what was going on around him, he was already trapped in her gaze.

Their mate was so beautiful and also a powerful Alpha, he couldn't be more happier for such a blessing from the moon goddess.

Bella was shocked to realize that the man she hated the most without even seeing was her mate, he was indeed the most handsome man she had ever seen, he looked like he was sculpted with much care from the gods to make him so perfect.

After Levi took down Beta Deon pushing him towards a few rogues to tackle him, he shifted his gaze to Alpha Bella and was ready to pounce on her, Zedek saw him approaching her and he immediately changed, he grabbed Levi mid air and smashed him to the ground,

"Don't you dare touch my mate" Fenrir growled at him. All the rogues paused for a moment to understand what was going on,

Fenrir let out a loud roar and they retreated back to their hideout.

Levi finally got on his fours again, he looked at Fenrir and he could really see death in his eyes, he couldn't defy Fenrir or Zedek, they were both stronger than him and he was no match for them, he slowly retreated back into the woods.

Fenrir turned towards the only woman that could make him lose his sanity, she looked so beautiful and curvy to him, she was indeed a sight to behold.

"Our beautiful mate" Zedek whispered.
