In a cave in Athena, five witches assembled dressed in black cloaks, their eyes were white as snow holding a red candle each. The cave had a symbol of a human skull and a dragon on it with a man seated in it.
The witches sat in a circle with the candles in front of them holding unto each other's hands and shaking to opposite sides, a dark cloud formed in front of them and then surrounded them,
They chanted as the cloud grew bigger covering them more until they couldn't be seen anymore, in their midst was a young handsome man with enormous power seating on a throne of fire, three princes bow to him, behind him was a dark creature of enormous size holding the head of a man.
They let out a shrilled laughter before returning their eyes back to normal breaking the bond, the cloud slowly disappeared and they sat differently on each rock.
Alpha Andrew who had been watching them for a while was anxious about what they had seen, all he saw was a dark cloud and nothing else.
"What did you see?" He asked in disarray, he had expected them to talk about it immediately they were done but they seemed quiet, he had an impulse that it was a bad revelation.
"I saw a great man with massive powers able to rule the earth" Witch 1 answered, being the most elderly amongst them she broke it down to him first, her voice cracked as she spoke.
"And?" Andrew asked impatiently, he knew they were going to take turns in speaking to him and he tried to speed up the process.
"And a creature of the night, it looked a lot like a demon but more peculiarly a shadow with a beast form standing behind the great man of valor" the next witch answered, she had a mole on her face which he used in identifying her as the witch who talked too much.
"So what does it mean?" He asked trying hard to keep his cool.
"We are not done" another witch interrupted him getting on his nerve.
"Why don't one person say everything at once" Alpha Andrew yelled in anger, he couldn't restrain himself anymore and barked at them in a annoying tone.
"To the earth where you belong" the elderly witch ordered and the sand underneath Andrews feet began sinking, he wasdrowning in quick sand and they watched him go down.
"Please I am sorry" he begged when the sand got it his neck, seconds later he would be down to the earth and they would do nothing about it. He knew he shouldn't have ticked them off but his eagerness got the better off him, they had been attending him ever since he became an Alpha, they were the ones who convinced him into getting Bella from him brother.
He suddenly stopped sinking and helped himself up,
"There is a woman, whoever meets her first will unlock those powers and become the great man" the other witch spoke not minding the fact that they had just sank him, she acted as though nothing happened.
"Where do I find this woman?" Andrew asked back, he didn't like where this was going.
"You can't find her, she will find you" the elderly witch replied yet again. Her voice was calm this time.
"There is a prophecy, in a thousands days to come a warrior will subdue the earth with a string fist and at our darkness moment the woman of grace and the man of valor will save us from the warriors doom" the last witch added looking directly at him, Alpha Andrew felt a bit awkward by her stare yet he couldn't ward her off.
"What has the prophecy got to do with me?" He asked intended to know if he was the great man of valor meant to vanquish the warrior.
"You are in the prophecy" the witch with the mole answered back with a smile.
"The great man of valor is also an Alpha"
Andrew thought for a second, were they referring to him. Was he the great man of valor, was Bella the woman they were talking about that found him.
Thinking about it, Bella came to him first confirming his insinuation.
"I am the great man, aren't I?" He asked with a smile.
They all nodded confirming his question with a smile, he felt complete and safe being part of a prophecy, he knew his destiny wasn't just by being the Alpha of the Peak moon pack, it was to go further and rule all the earth.
"Is Zedek the warrior?" he asked himself, Zedek was a rogue concluding his idea that he was the darkness that would bring the world to its doom, he was already doing that by killing off every pack in his sight.
"May I warn you, do not go after the warrior when he hasn't fulfilled his destiny or else you would be bringing doom upon yourself" a witch warned drowsily.
"So how do I know when to fight back" he asked.
"When the time comes, you will know.
Now leave you are no longer wanted here" the elderly witch ordered and Andrew turned back immediately, he still had many questions to ask but he couldn't defy their order or this time they might drown him in water.
Their words gave him a spark of hope and he took it to heart that he was part of a great destiny, feeling good about himself he returned back to his pack.
At his office, Joel waited for him to hear the witches predict.
"Father" he greeted opening the door.
"With your radiant face I can tell that the verdict was good, what did the witches say?" Joel asked immediately resting his hands on the desk.
"They said i was part of a great destiny to subdue a warrior who will try to conquer the earth" He answered with a smile.
"But first I have to meet a woman to be able to fulfill this destiny"
"What woman?" Joel asked, were they supposed to find another bride for him. He already had Bella and never in their history has an Alpha taken another woman as his mistress.
"Do you have to start looking for her?"
"Don't worry father, I have already found her" he replied.
"Really, who is it?" Joel asked surprised. Andrew had just heard about the prophecy an hour ago, how then was it possible that he also found the woman in the prophecy.
"Bella"
"Wow, I knew she was the right for you the moment I saw her. Your destiny was already working for you before you even knew it. I didn't make a wrong choice in making the Alpha of this pack, you will do much greater things than me" Joel said proudly, he had high esteem for his son now that he knew about the prophecy.
"I know father" he smiled resting on his seat while swirling it around humming a lullaby.
