The Photographer I looked at the sky as I was putting on my shoes. It was a clear blue sky with large cumulus clouds. The temperature was warm in the sun, yet the air felt cool across my skin; a perfect morning for a four-mile run. I drove out to where I like to run. It is flat and above the salt ponds that are part of the San Francisco bay. The trail goes out to the bay and back. As I started my run, the sun went behind a large cloud creating the perfect lighting for a great photograph. At two miles, I turned and headed back. The sun was now behind me. The endorphins began to kick in. A favorite love song began to play, stirring deep emotions, time to create a photograph.
