"I need a gangsta To love me better Than all the others do" Natalia's POV : "What?! You mean he touched your kitt―" "Shut up! Stop screaming!" I whisper-shouted at Reema through my gritted teeth. We were standing in our locker room. I told my two stupid best friends about last night, and now they were screaming their hearts out. "Hell, Natalia! He squeezed your ti―" "Reema!" "I know you did enjoy that, didn't you?! Oh god!" "Shut up! Of course not! It was a dream!" "So you were horny, huh?" Marjan smirked. "NO!" "Why the hell do such kinds of dreams not come during my sleep?" "Oh no, you are such a bad girl, Reema!" I laughed loudly. "Stop you two! Someone could hear us!" Marjan giggled. "I think that was just a dream, but what about the window? I clearly remember I locked it before sleeping." "Come on. Maybe you forgot to lock that window, and it opened because of the heavy wind." Reema rolled her eyes. "It's just a dream, Talia. Don't overthink," Marjan said. "Yeah, you're right." I nodded. But I couldn't brush off the anxiety. It felt real. I mean really like someone touched my cheeks, breasts, stomach and my v****a through my panties. God, it was so shameful. I tried to convince my brain and my mind that it was only a dream, nothing else. "Natalia! You b*tch! How dare you?!" We heard a very angry voice as someone was storming toward us. We turned back and saw Delilah rushed into the locker room with Amrin and Sima. "What? Why are you screaming?" I crossed my arms on my chest and frowned. "I told you to stay away from my boyfriend! You met him yesterday behind the football ground, you shameless b*tch!" She stood one inch away from me and shouted. "Delilah, you're screaming without knowing anything. First, ask your boyfriend why he wanted to talk to Natalia and then come to us." Reema uttered. "I'm talking to Natalia. Who are you? Her babysitter?" She scoffed. "You're exceeding your limits, Delilah. Stay away from us." I slightly pushed her back. "How dare you touch me?!" Delilah slapped across my face. I was stunned, and my mouth hung open as my hand automatically rubbed that place where the slap landed. "What did you do?" I looked at her. My blood was boiling, and my breathing became fast in a rage. "You deserved it, sl*t." Amrin laughed. Sima and Delilah also laughed loudly and clapped their hands. "Natalia, are you okay?" Marjan and Reema hugged me. "You b*tch! How dare you slap her?!" Before Reema could say anything else, I grabbed a bottle of juice from my locker which I bought this morning and poured it whole on Delilah's head. "What the f*ck?!" Delilah screamed. "You deserved it." I smirked and clapped my hands with Reema's and Marjan's hands. "You hag! You messed up with the mayor's daughter! You'll regret it later! I'll make your life a living hell!" Delilah screamed and ran toward me. But Amrin and Sima grabbed her arms and pushed her back. "Not now, Delilah! You're making a scene!" Sima muttered to Delilah. "We'll wait for the right time. Now let's go. You're ruining your image because of those shameless bitches," Amrin inputted. "Get out of here, bitches! We're tired of seeing your ugly caked faces." Reema rolled her eyes. "You know what, f*ck you. Do whatever you want. We don't care." Marjan showed them two middle fingers. They glared at us and stormed away from the locker room. I sighed and rubbed my face with my shakey palms. I really didn't want to mess up with her. She was capable of doing every bad thing. "Natalia, don't worry. It was all her fault." Marjan wrapped an arm around my shoulder. "She's capable of doing bad things, you know. What if she does anything stupid to us?" "She won't do anything stupid. She hasn't got that nerve." Reema patted my shoulder and hugged me. We stayed like that for a few moments and then headed to our classroom. I was so confused as to why I started facing new problems every day, though I didn't do anything wrong. I was so upset and exhausted. Reaching home, I took a long shower and slept for a few hours. I stayed in my room in the whole evening. I had dinner with my family at night. They noticed my gloominess and asked me what had happened, but I told them I was fine and ate silently. • • • "Good morning, mom, dad." I sat on the table and smiled at my parents. They were having breakfast but granny and Ellerie were nowhere to be seen. "Morning, princess." Dad smiled. "Where's granny and Ellerie?" "They're out for a walk," Mom said. "I'll be back home early today. Our classes will end at 12 am because of the interschool football tournament." I chewed my sandwich. "That's good. Your granny has an appointment with the doctor today, so I'm going with her, and we can't take Ell with us. So try to come back early, honey." "Ell can stay with dad for a while in his store. I'll take him with me on my way back home. I was planning to watch the game with my friends." "Sorry, princess. I was also thinking about that, but I've got to go outside the town for some important business." Dad gave me a apologetic look. "Oh it's ok. Don't worry. Then I'll come back within 12." I smiled. "We're sorry, honey. You'd miss the moment with your friends for us. But next time you won't miss it, I promise," Mom said with a bright smile. "It's OK, mom." I kissed mom's cheek and left for school. School went very well today because we had few classes. Everybody was gathering beside the football field as it was already 12 am and the game was going to start within a few minutes. Marjan and Reema asked me to stay for a while, but I had to go home so I told them to enjoy it. I was walking toward the main gate, then I saw Fardinn standing there with his friends, dressed up in jersey and shorts. "Hey, Natalia!" Fardinn ran toward me. I ignored him and walked fast. "Hey! What happened? Why are you ignoring me?" "Go and ask your girlfriend. Don't ever try to talk to me, Fardinn. Please." I looked away and started walking. "Wait. Delilah did something, didn't she?" "Just go and ask her." I walked away. "Wait, Natalia! I'm sorry! I'll talk to her!" he shouted as I walked out of the school gate. I couldn't understand why he was caring about me suddenly. It was really confusing. I took a cab and ten minutes later I finally reached home. I paid the cab driver and entered my house. Ell was watching Tom & Jerry alone as mom and granny were already out. "Hey, cupcake. Have you had lunch?" I smiled and hugged him. "Hey, sissy. Yeah, I have." He giggled and hugged tightly. "Ellu-bear, you watch Tom & Jerry, I'm coming downstairs within a few minutes. Okay?" I kissed his cheeks. "Okay." He smiled. I went upstairs and took a quick shower. I slipped into grey jeans and a long-sleeved black blouse. I brushed my wet hair and left them open to dry naturally. Then I came back downstairs and sat on the couch beside Ellerie. I saw my phone's battery was down, so I plugged my charger into an outlet and slid the smallest part into my phone as it opened and beeped. A few minutes passed and my phone buzzed. It was mom calling. "Yeah, mom." "Are you already home, honey?" "Yes. I arrived half an hour ago." "Oh, I wanted to call you earlier but thought you would be in class. Can you go to a nearby store to buy some groceries? I've messaged you the list. There is some money kept in my closet. We'll be late. So you have to prepare dinner." "Ok, mom. No problem." "Thank you honey, see you." Mom cut the call. "Ellu-bear, get ready. We're going out to buy some groceries." "Really?! Yay! I'm going to eat chips, chocolates and ice cream!" Ellerie started dancing and ran upstairs. I laughed and went to my room and put on some lipgloss, mascara, sunscreen and took my black sunglasses because it was sunny outside. "Are you ready, Ell?" I picked Ell's room. He was standing in front of the mirror and brushing his hair. He took his sunglasses and put them on. "Yeah. I'm Ready, sis." He grinned. I grabbed my purse, mobile, though it was barely charged and anytime it would die, keys and then went outside. I locked the door and tossed the key in my purse. I grabbed Ellerie's tiny hand and started walking down the street. "Talia, aren't we taking a cab? My legs will hurt," Ellerie huffed. "We don't need a cab because we're going to the nearest store. Let's go." I bowed down and kissed his cheek. We walked for about ten minutes, but every nearby grocery store was closed due to lunchtime. We walked another ten minutes and reached the supermarket. Ellerie was blabbering the entire time and talking about some rowdy kids whom he had met this morning. Luckily, he didn't complain about walking for twenty minutes. We kinda enjoyed this walk because the weather was awesome, and the streets were lifeless. I bought all the groceries from the list and chips and muffins for Ellerie. I went to the counter and paid the money, then we stepped out of the shop. It was already 1 pm. I looked around and looked for a cab. I couldn't call a cab as my phone's battery was down. At first, I didn't want to bring my phone with me, but I needed the grocery list. Cold breezes were blowing as I took a deep inhale. I pulled up my sunglasses and shoved it over my head and started walking forward. "Talia, sissy, I want more chips." Ellerie flattered his eyelashes. "What?! You already finished two packets. I can't give you another one. You'll catch a stomach ache and mom will blame me for that." "Okay, I'm gonna pee in my pants right here." This felt like someone punched me on the face. "What?! Are you kidding me?!" "No, I'm serious." He frowned. "I can't give you another packet." I shook my head. "Okay then I'm peeing." "No, wait. Here." I huffed and gave him the last packet that was in the bag with groceries. I couldn't believe this kid. God! We turned left and walked down a calm street. Nobody seemed to walk around in this street as it was very calm and cool. Heavy wind was blowing, although it was not stormy weather. It was so refreshing. But suddenly we halted as a black BMW stopped ahead of us. Two big tattooed muscular men stepped out of the car. They were looking so scary, around 6'4 tall, whereas I'm only 5'3 feet. The black jeans with a white shirt, one's left eyebrow, ears and bottom lip were pierced. His neck and arms were covered in tattoos that made him more scary. The grey jeans with a black shirt had a few tattoos on his neck and arms but only his left ear was pierced. I stepped back and looked around, but there wasn't a single creature in the street. My heart started racing fast as I panicked. "W-what do you want?" I gulped the lump in my throat. "Sis, maybe they're lost. So they want to ask you for directions. But they are looking so scary," Ell whispered, though it was loud, placing a palm beside his mouth. "You're wrong, kid. Get into the car." The man in the black shirt uttered with a strong foreign accent. "W-what?" My heart was hammering hard like it would explode at any moment. "Are you deaf or something? He f*ck*ng said to step into this motherfucking car!" I flinched as the man in white shirt shouted with the same foreign accent. My blood boiled because how he could curse in front of my baby brother. I slowly lifted Ellerie up with my shakey hands as he wrapped his tiny arms around my neck and bound his leg around my waist. An incredible idea pocked up in my shitty brain. "Look! Who got into the car!" I shouted. As soon as they looked behind I started running. It wasn't very tough, actually, because I was wearing my comfortable sneakers, neither Ellerie nor the bag with groceries in my hand was heavy. I heard them curse loudly, but I didn't look elsewhere, I just ran and ran. After ten minutes of running like a dog, I looked behind but saw nothing, no men, no cars. I hungrily gulped the air as my throat became dry and lungs became airless. I sighed heavily, but then I realized I was actually running in the opposite direction of my house this entire time. My phone had died, and every freaking shop was closed because it was lunchtime. I could neither walk to my house nor could stand there any longer as they could appear at any moment. I placed Ellerie on the footpath and looked around for someone to get help. I looked around and found an alley beside the street. I decided to walk into the alley and ask for someone's help. "Talia, I'm so afraid of those men. They are more awful than those cockroaches," Ellerie started crying. "It's ok baby. I'm here with you. Nobody's going to come here. Don't cry, okay?" I smiled at him. I kissed his cheeks and hugged him tightly. I was about to lead us into the alley right, then a cab came toward us. A long sigh of relief escaped from my lips and I quickly waved my hand to stop the cab. "Road no. 5, house no. 14. Please drive quickly." I gave my address to the driver and quickly got into the cab. I placed Ellerie on my lap and hugged him tightly. A few minutes later, he fell asleep. I let out a long breath. I slowly placed him on the seat beside me. The sky was becoming cloudy and sweet cold breezes were blowing outside. I closed my eyes and inhaled deeply. My whole body was still shaking, tears threatening in my eyes. I was so freaking terrified. When I opened my eyes, I felt like thunder falling right on my head. The driver was driving us to the edge of the town, to the deep forest. A cold shiver ran down my spine as I stopped breathing. "H—Hey, you're going in the wrong direction," I said, but no response from him. "Did you hear me? You're taking us in the f*ck*ng wrong direction!" I shouted. "No, babygirl. I'm heading to the right direction," he replied in a cold, calm tone. My eyes went wide when he removed his cap. He was the man in the black shirt and grey jeans from the BMW. He smirked devilishly, looking into my eyes through the front mirror. I screamed loudly like I had seen a ghost. We have already entered the forest. My brain recalled the murder which happened a few days ago. "N-no! Don't! Please let us go! We didn't do anything! Don't kill us!" I screamed and cried. "You know sweetheart, you're such a s*xy rude girl. You made us run like some dogs." He chuckled coldly. "No, listen, maybe you got the wrong person. Please let me go! I won't tell anyone anything! Just please let me go! Please!" I begged and looked at Ellerie, who was sleeping peacefully. "No, principessa. You're the right person. And, of course, I can't let you go. So shut your pretty f*ck*ng mouth and cooperate." He smirked again, looking into the mirror. "Help! He's gonna kill me! Please help me!" I started shouting loudly. "Stop shouting. Nobody's gonna hear you. It's totally useless." He narrowed his eyes. "HELP!" I screamed louder, closing my eyes shut. Suddenly, a cold metal pressed on my head, causing my eyes to flatter open, but I wasn't ready for what I saw. He pressed a gun on my forehead. I have never seen a gun in my entire life. I let out a loud scream, and then I saw stars in my eyes.
