At last, we arrived at the town. I’m not sure what I was expecting but I certainly wasn’t expecting what I saw. The architecture was different from anything I’d experienced before. Back in Sector D, we lived in buildings that were little more than boxes of varying sizes. There was no individuality catered for, except for the curtains at the windows and – as I said before – there wasn’t much variety in those either. In Sector C the houses looked different from each other. They still looked quite basic but homeowners could add little touches to put their own marks on them.
