Chapter Nine RONAN Despite my initial reluctance to join my friends, we ended up staying out in the forest for most of the day. It felt good to be back in shifter form, but not to be alone this time. To feel the wind through my fur, the dirt under my paws. After so long spent as an outcast—albeit self-imposed—having my packmates surrounding me again was nothing short of exhilarating.
