I felt ravenous walking out of the bathroom. Apparently, being shot and laid up in bed really took it all out of me. I saw the food cart sitting by the bed with pancakes and coffee. I sat down and immediately started scarfing them down.
I could hear power tools and hammers banging outside the door and down the stairs. They were probably fixing up all the damage the rogues did during the attack. I took a drink of my coffee and then I suddenly had the urge to transform into my wolf form and go for a run.
