Failed To Undo The Prophecy

The sudden meeting with the head elders was put to a halt when they realize that it was not something that they should discuss through a communication orb. And just as they ended the communication, the headmaster arrived at the residence to check on everyone else after taking care of everything inside the academy.

              “The academy might be put to a stop in the time being. Solely due to the academy being a wreck and the number of instructors that died.” The headmaster announces to all of them. “That might be for the best. There is no telling how many of those things will pop up and attack the academy once again.” Razel said with her arms crossed.

              “Will the academy open next year?” Nana ask as the headmaster shook his head. “I can’t promise for the academy to start next year. We need to clear the thoughts of the public about the attack and it takes time to build the academy back to how it has been.” The news made the students felt down as the headmaster turns and looks around for Amon and proceeds to look for him. “Where is Amon?” 

              “He is with the other three knights. They are talking about something important and they may finish it soon.” Mark replied as Abel confirms it. “Isn’t it about time that you disclose to use the true identity of Amon Mr. Mark? He alone was able to deal with the culprit that even most instructors found hard to take down. Everyone here is just as curious as I am and you cannot hide his identity from everyone anymore.” Mark is shocked to see that everyone of them agrees to what the headmaster had said but before he can say anything Amon revealed his identity himself.

              “I am the son of Luke Gajel, the Knight of the Immortal Bodies. I am Amon Gajel.” Everyone was shocked to hear Amon’s voice but they are also shocked to hear what he said. “Knight of the Immortal Bodies? Was there a knight like that?” the headmaster asked as Mark replies to him. “He is different from the four of us, his sole purpose is to bring us back on track whenever we stray from our oath. He is the judicator and the bringer of balance. His strength surpassed the four of us and can even be able to defeat us all, that’s how powerful he is and his son, Amon, is the inheritor of his title.” Mark said and left everyone else shocked.

              Marcus was the first one to return to his senses and slap Amon’s back. “No wonder you are so strong, you- you did not say anything about that to me!” Marcus said as he shake Amon slightly. “Because you did not ask me big brother. You just accepted us just like that without any questions.” Amon tries to argue to Marcus but shuts him up. “What are you talking about? Dad did not give me a little brother so when he introduced you both I did not have to complain. If father vouch for someone then that person is reliable to me.” Marcus said as Mark covers his face in embarrassment.

              “Hey Marcus, you don’t need to say something like that- now that I think about it, where is your mother?” Kassandra then makes her appearance as she walks with Ra. “I nurse him back to health. I can’t just leave my baby like that.”

              KRRRRRRR! KRRRRRRRRR!

              Ra made a pleasant sound as he saw Mark, Marcus, Amon and Abel standing and immediately run towards them like a puppy. Prince Japeth and Princess Joanna were not there when the headmaster had arrived since the prince was still in his room during that time and were not able to hear Amon’s real identity.

              “So you are a son of a knight. I can’t believe I referred to you as a nobody. I apologize Amon.” Nolan said as he and his followers bow their heads as Amon stops them from doing anything embarrassing. “There is no need to do that Nolan. It was nothing to me so there is no need to apologize.” Amon said but Nolan deliberately continues to bow his head. “I can’t do that Amon, I, a noble stained the title of nobles. My conscience will not let me off easily.”

              [Ah! Yes, now that I think about it. Nolan has a knack for nobility and its entirety.] Marcus thought to himself as he stares at the awkward situation between the two. It was then the prince and princess gets out of their rooms and found that the headmaster is talking to them. Nolan told them that the academy might be held for the time being as the two shows their sadness because of the news.

              “I apologize for the trouble young prince but that outcome is inevitable, there are a lot of things to do to fix everything and it might take a full year so I advise you all to come back to your lands while the reconstruction of the academy is on going.” The headmaster then did not stay long for they also need to rest after the tiring accident.

              Amon excuse himself as the Saber family held a feast and celebrated the recovery of everybody.

              “What is going on with Amon? Princess Joanna asks Abel who has really no idea what is happening to his young master. “To be honest, I really have no idea as well.  He must be experiencing something different right now.” Abel said as he asks his young master through his head. [What is wrong young master?] but to his surprise, Amon did not answer back. “Its best to leave him alone right now princess. The young master will just open up if he ever decides to tell us about it.” Abel knows that his young master’s feeling is conflicted because of the identity of the person that he fought with.

              Everyone else celebrated while princess Joanna stares at the direction where Amon treads. She then left the celebration and looks for Amon, to her surprise. Ra is following behind her and Ra knead his head on her feet. “Oh! So you want to find him as well? Then let’s go look for him okay?” the two came to an agreement without really understanding each other’s language.

              Then at the top of a tree, they saw Amon already sound asleep. “You really had to come here and sleep huh? Is that how you usually act?” she asked knowing that no one would answer.

              Meanwhile

              The fight between him and the devil flashed back to his mind but instead of fighting, the devil talks to him. “You! You are not a demon! Nor a human! What!? What?! Are you?”  the devil screamed as it attacks Amon. “I can say the same to you. You are not a demon nor a human. Who made you?” the attacks of the devil became fierce as Amon starts to feel like he is losing strength. [What is this?!]

              The devils smirks as it seems to know the reason behind it. “That is the result of your hesitation! You know in your heart that you are also confused of your true identity! A being standing in the middle of two different worlds are just abomination! A freak of nature! And a blasphemy from both worlds!”

              Amon gets infuriated by the words of the devil and immediately acts barbaric and did everything he can to stop the devil from uttering another word. “Infuriation! are you angered by my words?! That is the truth!” but it did not stop the devil from saying anything he wants.

              [Why?! Why?! Why can’t I stop him?! Why can’t I shut him up!?] Amon bit his lips till it bleeds a the devil continues to chant the words like a song to anger Amon even more. “A little more! A little more and you will know what you really are!” Amon hears this and fueled his anger and pushed himself to beat the devil more harder.

              BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!               The endless beating seemed to have lasted for eternity as the devil continues to instigate him to be more barbaric and ruthless in his attacks as Amon happily complies and hit harder.

              [IT LOOKS LIKE THE RITE OF THE DEMONS IS RESULTING TO BE OF A BAD ONE. ARE YOU SURE YOU DON’T WANT TO INTERFERE ASTAROTH?] The second figure said as he turns to the first figure as it calmly sits on his throne. [WE JUST HAVE TO HAVE FAITH IN THAT CHILD. THE RITUAL CAME EARLY FOR HIM BECAUSE HE HAS ALREADY SURPASSED THE LEVEL OF STRENGTH THAT A NORMAL DEMON SHOULD HAVE. THIS RITUAL WILL DECIDE IF HE WILL BE A DEMON THAT DESTROYS EVERYTHING THAT HE SEES AND TOUCHES, OR A DEMON THAT IS OF THE EXAACT OPPOSITE. WE WILL JUST HAVE TO SEE THE RESULT OURSELVES.] the voice of the third figure vibrated the entire void as the endless army of the second and third figure awaits for the result inside the void.

              Amon’s figure started to change as his body partially transforms into a hideous being, a demon that would bring destruction to the world.

              “Yes! That’s it! Be more barbaric! Be more hostile! Destroy everything you see and everyone will acknowledge you!” the smile on the devils face disappeared as Amon stopped his fist from flying towards the devil. “What is stopping you Amon? Do you not want to know what you really are?” the devil asks Amon who does not seem to have control over his body.

              Then his transformation seems to have disappeared and her reverts back into his original form. “What is happening?! Why are you back to your human form?! You should be a devil now!” the devil screamed as it slowly dissipates in thin air. [CONGRATULATIONS AMON, WE WERE WATCHING YOUR STRUGGLE INTENTLY AND WERE ABOUT TO JUMP IN AND STOP THAT DEVIL BUT TO THINK THAT WE DON’T NEED TO INTERVENE. IT SEEMS LIKE THE HEAVENS ITSELF HAS INTERVENE, THE UNDOING OF THE PROPHECY HAS FAILED.] the figure with tainted wings said as it offers his hand to Amon.

              [WELCOME, THE FOURTH HARBINGER, OUR SUCCESSOR, THE FOURTH KNIGHT OF REDEMPTION.] the winged figure said as Amon reaches out to his hand but before he can ask any questions, everything around him turned blinding white and wakes up only to find the princess kissing his lips.

              Joanna was surprised when she sees Amon staring at her that she immediately moves away from him and slowly walks backs inside the residence without uttering a word. Amon sees Ra but the dragon just stares right back at him. “What happened Ra?” he asked but the dragon understands nothing and leaves to follow Joanna back inside the mansion.

              “Did the princess just kissed me?” Amon thought to himself as he touch his lips and a smile appears on his face. [Looks like I know what I am now.] Amon follows behind Ra’s back as a figure from the shadows appear and falls to it’s knees. “Did I see that right?” it was Nana, she saw everything unfold before her eyes. Then a voice answered her out of nowhere. “I did not think that my sister would be that bold to even steal a kiss from Amon. It looks like I will have to call him brother in law in the future.” Prince Japeth said as he appears to have been a few steps away from Nana from the very beginning.

              Nana felt ashamed that the prince had witnessed her blunder and runs away from him while covering her face. “Ha! It looks like Amon has a lot of problem to think about.” Japeth said as he shook his head and heads back inside the mansion.
