Reine’s POV
Once again, I was subjected to another painful meeting in a court as it was called immediately the day after the kids were settled into the court. Somewhere in my mind I knew that not everyone was going to be happy with the kids being inside the castle as they were also being viewed as traitors and few of the ministers were against it.
I was zoning out constantly as one of the ministers Was expressing his displeasure for the fact that Demetrius agreed to my demand rather aggressively. The man’s eyes were full of anger directed towards me but he knew that he cannot criticise me directly so he was putting it into an explanation as of why the kids should not be led to stay here to Demetrius.
